Gallagher’s Steakhouse – Las Vegas is the classic steakhouse and sister restaurant to the great New York City landmark steakhouse. Our menu features traditional dry-aged steaks and fresh seafood favorites. We pride ourselves in keeping our reasonable prices and the friendliest customer service in town.

We’re located on the main floor at New York – New York Hotel & Casino.

**When making reservations, for parties of 8 persons or more, please contact the restaurant directly for assistance with your reservation at (702) 740-6450.

Our Dress Code is Business Casual:
• Men’s attire requires a shirt with sleeves. No tank tops. Shorts are permitted.
• Women’s attire should be elegantly casual.

    Food is always delicious but certainly over priced. $65.00 for 3 half king crab legs is a bit much. We're usually comped the meals at NYNY Hotel in Vegas otherwise we'd probably go to the Golden Steer. Service always wonderful!

    Great Food / Great Value We had the cowboy ribeye and the porterhouse, fantastic! Better steak than last three times at Bavettes and approx 30% cheaper. Environment is a little lacking but if looking for a reasonable priced quality steak dinner, Gallagher’s is it in Las Vegas!

    I visited Gallaghers expecting a really good steak but it was pretty dry. I think they charred my steak too much. I’ve had better steak at Texas Roadhouse to be honest. The quality of meat is superb but the way they cooked the steak was poor. Definitely prefer a different steak.

    We eat at Gallagher’s on almost every trip to Vegas, and we all agreed that this was one of our best visits. The crab legs were in the top three of any we have ever had, and we have had many crab legs! The steak was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The burrata caprese was very good, and the creme brûlée was excellent as always. The only bbad mark was the baked potato which was more steamed than baked, only warm, not hot, and overall not very good. The service from everyone was outstanding.

    We dinned at your establishment Nov. 23, 2023 for your Thanksgiving special. Overall the food was flavorful, however the creamed spinach was bland, and the macaroni and cheese was mealy. It was as if the rue was not properly mixed. The Thanksgiving portions were large, but the scallop portion was very small. The beat salad was also bland and disappointing. Overall is was a bit disappointing, when we compared it to our visit in June of 2019.

    The fish was a little dry but still pretty good….. Service staff was excellent and much appreciated. When customers spend that kind of money in your establishment, Gallagher’s should validate the parking.

    Overpriced for the quality of food and drinks. Our waiter was efficient, but condescending. We have been there several times before and had great experiences, this time did not live up to the prior visits.

    Wonderful steak. Cooked to perfection. Among our table if 4 we had filet, aged strip steak and the Tamahok steak for two. Sides were tasty and were shared among the table. Everything around the Las Vegas Strip is pricey, but I don’t mind that if the food is excellent, like it was at Gallager’s. Highly recommend

    I would recommend Gallagher’s to anyone ACCEPT during race week!!!! We had no idea they would change/limit their menu during this time. We only had a few cuts of steak to choose from…..at a steakhouse? I love this restaurant but you may want to contact them directly prior to large events for menu options and other changes.

    Made this reservation well in advance as we always visit when we are in Las Vegas. The day of our reservation the menu was changed to a “race week” fixed menu. Options were limited and prices doubled. Was told I could “come back on Sunday”. The steak was terrible, burnt on the outside, tough, and cold in the middle. Not at all what we expected.

    Gallaghers’s food is great. We were looking forward to going. When we arrived we were told there’s a fixed menu. Not only fixed menu but fixed gratuity. It forces you to waste food. We ended up taking 3 steaks home. We ordered 2 bottles of wine and our bill was over $1100 for 4 people. If I had been told it was a fixed menu, I wouldn’t have made the reservation. I feel I should have been told when the reservation was made.

    We went to this steak house for our anniversary and we were VERY disappointed on all levels. First, there was a set menu due to Formula One that we should have been advised about as it was super expensive and not what we wanted but we had no choice at that point arriving at our reservation time on a Friday night. Secondly, they set us up literally "in the kitchen" as it was crowded and you could tell, they were trying to cram more people into the restaurant and it was extremely noisy - clanking dishes, waiters yelling at each other and kitchen staff also noisy. And to top it off, My husband's steak was horrible and he didn't eat any of it and the waiter would not to anything to help - staff should be better trained. Our bill was over $400 and my husband's meal was inedible. Outrageous and unexpected at a fancy restaurant in Vegas.

    I have ate here multiple times but the steak this time wasn’t good. No flavor at all. Bake potato came to me cold. They heated it back up after I brought it to their attention Just want to say that Service was great

    I got the dried age New York strip and the sauté asparagus for an appetizer I got there shrimp cocktail which is second to none Brian my server was outstanding very professional courteous very good dining experience

    Where do I start. The service was great and the food was cooked to perfection. I had the cowboy ribeye and my wife had a filet mignon. The quality of meat was awesome. I tried my best to finish the steak, but could not. I was staying in a hotel with no microwave so I couldn't enjoy the leftovers. I visit twice a year and never miss an opportunity coming back.

    The Waygu strip was a bit disappointing actually it has some grissle that I was not expecting. The whipped potatoes were too pasty for my liking. Crab cakes and salad was very good.

    I booked the restaurant on the recommendation of family to celebrate my husband’s special birthday. We travelled from the uk and it’s fair to say it didn’t disappoint from the fabulous cocktails to the superb filet mignon - best we’ve ever had, and the smooth red to accompany dinner. Thanks to Chris for looking after us so well.
