   Overall beautiful atmosphere and great staff. Unfortunately the food was nothing to rave about. We ended up getting the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls which were alright. My filet came raw almost and everything was about room temperature and bland. For the price I just expected more.

   It was our anniversary and there's no gift as special as spending time with my lovey eating good food. 😊 He had the tomato bisque followed by the shrimp and strawberry salad. I had the hose green salad followed by the fillet/ shrimp combo. The food was beautiful and most delicious except for my shrimp. They came on a skewer drenched in a very rich sauce. All I could taste was the sauce which was too rich for me. Our waiter happily discounted my combo to reflect only the (perfectly cooked) fillet. It was a fine 2025 anniversary experience. Give it a try.

   Great night with excellent strip steak done to a lovely medium rare. Dan was an amazing server. Military night could not have been better.

   Always consistent and good. Usually get filets, and BLT salad. Their chicken pastas are excellent and so is their salmon ; and who can resist the scalloped.potatoes! We had Mitchell as our server and he was outstanding.

   It was a party of six. Wait staff was courteous, attentive and friendly. Placing food orders and receiving them was timely, without issues. Salads and burgers were good. However the chicken Parma was just average. Didn’t care for the sauce. Two members of our group had salmon and one okay with the texture and flavor but the other found the salmon was too dry.

   We enjoyed our visit to Firebirds for an early Mother's Day dinner, from the moment we were led to our booth, to walking out the door. Our server made sure our drinks were refilled regularly. Due to business, our food arrived a little late, but we were given an appetizer to graze on for our time. Everyone enjoyed their steaks, as well as the sides. We do not make it down to the Polaris area very often and though the choices are abundent, I would definately make another reservation at Firebirds again.

    Went on Mother's Day. My wife had ribs for about 31 dollars. Not very meaty. Texas Roadhouse are much meaty and about 7 bucks less. So in law had sirloin steak, 12 oz for 36 dollars. Came with one side. Again TRH 16 oz sirloin is about 25 dollars and comes with 2 sides. Son and I had hot honey chicken Sammy. Two small frozen patties with bacon and cheese. Not great. A couple in our party shared chocolate cake, 12 bucks. OK but expensive. Nice atmosphere but tons of other places nearby that are better and a much better value.
