Excellent service all round. Food choice great, service was impeccable and the decor and design was lovely. This was probably one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Food arrived in good time and was nice and hot and served in an elegant manor. Portions were a very healthy size and we all came away very happy and full. Would highly recommend

Came with my partner for a meal on my birthday using a voucher I was gifted. Place was very nice and high end but I would say food was abit expensive, but as we had a voucher was okay! Very very busy and packed in though almost touching the next tables guests arms.. Very high end feeling nice restaurant. Definitely one of the nicest places in Northampton and no complaints atall. Overall 7.5/10

We had the sirloin steaks and the boneless wings as a starter, all the food was great and the service from Sophie was amazing. Definitely recommend

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my mum’s 71st Birthday. Unfortunately, what should have been a special and enjoyable occasion was overshadowed by unnecessarily poor service. When my mother’s meal was brought out incorrectly, I politely pointed this out and expected it to be corrected without fuss. Instead, the waitress returned shortly after, insisted the meal was correct, and placed it abruptly back on the table. This felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational, especially as it involved the birthday meal for my mum. What could have been a simple, easily resolved mistake was turned into an embarrassing and awkward situation in front of our family. When I raised this with the manager, rather than listening or showing any understanding, we were essentially told that staff do not make mistakes — as though the fault lay entirely with us. I found this attitude deeply disappointing. It’s frustrating enough when errors happen, but to then be made to feel as though you’re being dishonest adds a completely avoidable layer of upset to what should have been a happy occasion. Ironically, another error with a steak order at our table was acknowledged and rectified without issue, which only highlights that mistakes do happen — and can be handled graciously when staff choose to do so. Sadly, in our case, there was no such grace or professionalism. The fish was dry and overcooked and the meal was not enjoyed. After this staff became less attentive. The whole situation created unnecessary upset and discomfort that completely took away from my mum’s special day. Based on this experience and the defensive approach to feedback I’ve since seen in responses to other reviews, I won’t be returning

Really nice food, portions were really big . Staff were very attentive great service. Reasonably priced for the food quality and portions. Only small negative was the very loud happy birthday music.
