   It pains me to write this, as Daniel's used to be a cherished tradition for our family. For over two decades, starting 24 years ago when our kids were little, Daniel's was the place we celebrated birthdays. Tonight, however, felt like a shadow of its former self, and sadly, not in a good way. While my steak was cooked to the correct temperature, the flavor simply wasn't there. It lacked the richness and depth we'd come to expect and savor over the years. What truly disappointed me, though, were the changes to the accompaniments that were once hallmarks of the Daniel's experience. The warm, crusty bread that used to arrive at the table, practically a starter in itself, has been replaced by what tasted like basic, store-bought sourdough rolls. And my baked potato, once delightfully salty on the outside and fluffy within, now arrived completely plain. These small details were part of what made Daniel's special, and their absence was keenly felt. To pay over $400 for a meal that ultimately felt mediocre is disheartening. The nostalgia we held for Daniel's couldn't mask the fact that the quality, at least on this particular night, had significantly declined. I truly hope this was an off night, but based on this experience, our long-standing tradition may sadly be coming to an end.

   Daniels not like it used to be. Pre-made shrimp coctails, prime rib with too much fat/grissle Great views and good svc

   Our server, Matt, was exceedingly thoughtful. The staff was attentive and wanted to make sure the experience was enjoyed.

   This was a wonderful experience. What a great place to go for a special occasion. The service was superior, and our food was prepared perfectly. We had a great view of the lake from our table. It was just so nice to share this with our friends. Thank you Daniels.

   Amazing setting overlooking city, mountains and water matched only by best filet mignon, pork chop and sides including appetizers delicious .. finished off with the most amazing chocolate toasted coconut sundaes!! Service was top shelf also

   great food great waiters but you want a 20 percent tip on top of the 20 percent service fee and your waiter gets nothing after a 400 dollar bill you want a another 20 percent thats 40 percent on a 400 dollar bill.

   Food is not just overpriced, it’s not very good. Staff is pushy and act like used car salesmen. I get that there are recommendations but the whole thing felt like a sales presentation and not a dinner experience. Our waiter repeatedly took dishes away that had food on them while we were very visibly still eating, and didn’t even ask how the dishes were. Bacon wrapped scallops were burnt to a crisp and rubbery. Pork chops was decent. If it were $30 cheaper I’d have it again
