Great place to dine. Requested main dining room but would have preferred patio. The bone-in filet was done to perfection (medium-rare+) and one of the better steaks I've had in Las Vegas. Eddie, our waiter, was very attentive and extremely polite. The seafood pasta was perfectly spiced with plenty of seafood. Wanted stone crab but it's only served chilled and was not anticipating cold crab. Highly recommend.

If you’re debating this or Ruth’s Chris for steak, go to Ruth’s Chris. Much more personable and fine dining. This is in a mall, people walking around in bathing suits from the pools. Very impersonal serving experience and steak flavor was close to nothing, they bring you the seasoning to season your own steak after it’s cooked.

We had planned on the Crab Legs at Joes since we saw a TikTok about them. The king crab legs were worth every penny! 1.5lbs of delicious buttery giant crab. The service is top notch, the maitre d’ was a friendly talkative guy and he explained a few things to us. 5 star service on top of 5 star food!

This is by far the best steak we have eaten. The service was amazing, our server was brilliant ive forgot his name but he was fab. We had ribeye, newyork strip, lobster mac and cheese and got a free pudding for our birthdays. If i could afford id be back, but it was a treat. Just amazing effort Joes :)

I had a 7:30 reservation. I arrived at 7:15 and checked in. 7 other groups were seated while I stood there, several of whom did not have a reservation and 2 were singles like me. I waited until 7:50 before being seated. Stone crabs were very mushy and watery as if they had been soaking in water. Beef tartar was tasteless. Best thing was the mustard sauce! I would have gone lower on the rating but I know they can do better.

Busy and buzzy restaurant, you can get pre dinner drinks at the bar, if there are seats available, before going through to the main dining area. Good variety of steak and seafood entrees, with lots of options to mix and match. I was disappointed there was no lobster tail available but the crab more than made up for it. No room for dessert.
