    The cheese and sausage plates were a little uninspired, and my caaesar salad dressing was a little bland. But the service was excellent, the cocktails, desserts, and the main courses were good.

    Waited over 45 minutes for food and that was only because we questioned why we had not been served yet. Others around us had been seated, fed, and left before we received our food. And, others had the same experience as us. We had show tickets and barely made an 8pm show with a 5:45 seating. Would never go back if on a schedule. Food was not what I would expect for the price. Small portions and mediocre quality. Wait staff were non-apologetic offering only excuses. And, for an upscale restaurant, the host was 17 years old wearing a T-shirt and sneakers! Our group was extremely disappointed and were unable to enjoy our food.

    Very nice restaurant in the heart of Pittsburgh. Great menu, great service, overall fair pricing for the product. There was no rushing to get you out the door. They basically waited to see what your time frame was to order and pay. Great selection of bourbons and specialty drinks.

    Food was delicious. We had French onion soup and pretzels as the appetizer. The sauce for the pretzels were amazing. I had the flat iron steak and wife had braised short rib. Both meals were very delicious.

    Service by Autumn was a delight, however the food didn’t impress. We started with short rib pierogies. They were by far the best bite of the meal. A light crispiness outside perfectly offset the soft short rib filling. They were topped with a drizzle of gravy and sat upon a little mound of creamed onion. They were absolutely delicious. The meal went downhill from there. The salads did not fit their descriptions. The chop salad was not chopped. And the beet salad was as mostly greens with a very small amount of beets underneath. The main courses also disappointed. The root vegetables, upon which two of our meals sat were boiled carrots, and beets. The cooking method completely distracted from the vegetables. There was no real sauce to go with our entrées of short rib or Duroc pork. The pork shank, well tender did not have a glaze on it, and was rather tasteless.  Our server Autumn was attentive and kept us appraised as it took a while for our entrees to come. She was the best part of our dining experience.

    Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere as always. Autumn was a delightful and pleasant server. She was extremely attentive and polite. This is our go-to place when we have a show that we're attending. The portions are enormous, which is why we split the dessert which was exquisite and to die for, the Cinnabon cheesecake, wow!!! I can't wait for our next show to have yet another delicious experience!!!

    Service was great and we truly enjoyed our interactions with our server. The food was outstanding and we all loved our meals. In addition, the server and kitchen staff were incredibly helpful and diligent in managing my daughter's food allergies and making sure she was provided with a safe (and delicious) meal.

    Jameson the host was so kind and helpful. Even took photos of our group in several locations! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and sweet and helped explain the new menu. Everything was delicious and the whole staff was great! Would go anytime! Thanks for a great evening!

    Limited menu, unimaginative preparation, perfunctory but adequate service. Very expensive for what we got. My Thai noodle salad consisted of soggy noodles, maybe three pieces of protein and brown edged lettuce, although the flavor was good. Another diner's fried chicken sandwich was overcooked and not at all spicy, like they left off the "Nashville hot oil" but the pickle was very good. Too many great choices out there to return to a mediocre venue.

    Second visit here. Staff very attentive. Prompt service. Great cocktails. We only have main course, both tasty and nicely presented. Has a mid century modern feel to it, clean, minimal background noise. Only negative was the bread we were served was very bland, too sweet, nothing special.

    The buffet options and quality exceeded expectations. My only complaint would be when we arrived no one was present to assist us with where to go or how it worked. Also, our service was less than ideal. It took a long time to have a server come and greet us and get our drink order to us. Once things were up and running though it seemed to go a lot smoother.

    This was our first time eating at Braddock’s. We had tickets for the symphony at Heinz Hall. We made last minute dinner reservations here. as everything else was booked up. We were very pleasantly surprised at the enjoyable experience we had there. Service was good with a very pleasant server, food was much better than expected (Thai beef noodles and also prime flat iron sirloin steak). My only suggestion would be to separate the lobby from the restaurant somehow, as activity in the lobby is a little bit distracting. Otherwise, everything is great. I will definitely eat here again and recommend to others. It’s very convenient to all the theaters also!

    Great experience. Our server was excellent and considerate of our approaching show time. We had the fish and chips and it was excellent, although I thought it was a little pricey. I would definitely dine here again.

    Great location if going to Byham or Pirates. Parking directly across the street. Portions on the small side. Service a little slow but not horrible. Would recommend the sandwich menu more than the “dinner” entrees. Huge whiskey list.

    We ate here after a performance at the Bynam. The menu was simple, food tasty, and the atmosphere was quiet and sophisticated. Their special cocktails were delicious. We appreciated that our waiter willingly split out checks.

    The website pricing does not coincide with the actual pricing. Specifically the seared tuna was $9 higher than the pricing on the Internet. Every item we ordered was about $4 more than the advertised price. Granted the correct prices are shown on the menu, however I feel the advertised price should have been honored.

    Didn't bother finishing my food as the taste left a lot to be desired. The location is pretty nice but then there is cheap paper over the tables that really takes away from the experience. The servers were good but the host clumped everyone together in one small space, I could see 6 of the 8 other patrons from my seat.

    I love this restaurant. The service was friendly without going overboard and the food was yummy. We both started with a small beet salad, then the main course was their maui special and the salmon dinner and finished up with the lemon cake as dessert. Love it
