Overall the food and service were good, except for the tuna tartare which wasn't bad, just disappointing. And, unfortunately the complimentary brownie we received at the end had a small piece of plastic in it, which we informed them of after I spat it out :D. The server was very apologetic, but the brownie itself was nice! Would still go back because their steaks are very good.

Steaks were delicious. Service was great. Cheesecake was a disappointment. Surroundings were not inline with the price of the offerings. Too bright and ordinary. Music was inappropriate. Morton's prices, Applebee's ambiance. People were dressed as if they were dining at Olive Garden. Ritz location, Holiday Inn setting.

The service was top notch. We enjoyed the crab cakes, the steak, and salmon. We chose the baked potato with asparagus as the shareable side. Everything including the pop over bread and butter tasted delicious. Our server was also very attentive and personable.

Restaurant in beautiful Ritz Carlton hotel with a good vibe and delicious food. Good for a special occasion. Great service and recommendations. Everything we had was delicious but the popover cheese bread was amazing!

This was mine and my husband’s first time dining at BLT Steak but it definitely won’t be our last. The steak was by far one of the best we’ve ever had…melt in your mouth, our waiter was very attentive, and the ambience was perfect to celebrate my husband’s birthday. My only complaint is that they didn’t offer a complimentary dessert for his birthday☹️. Most restaurants do, otherwise why ask if you are celebrating anything.

Of the five at our table, three ordered steaks and two ordered fish. The steaks were absolutely divine and the seafood was very good. We will all get steaks next time! John Blur was our waiter and he was very informative, very personable and lots of fun! He was a delight to interact with and he was very professional at the same time. We will ask for him whenever we go back. The ambiance was very energetic and very loud when the jazz band was playing which made it a little difficult to hear each other at times, but it was actually okay because the band was great and the vibe was joyous.

This was our first time eating here and the atmosphere was very casual a bit loud due to an event in the hotel lobby that included live Jazz. The wait time for service was long the waiter was nice but you could tell he was just trying to get through the shift with a flat affect not really responding to our comments about things that concerned us but he was right about food options and for the most part the food was good the steaks were a little charred but still cooked to the temps we requested. One of my friends and I ordered the bone in ribeye with enhancements, hers grill shrimp, mine crab cake. My other friend ordered the lemon pepper rosemary chicken which she returned bc it was leg quarters. I returned the crab cake because it was overly seasoned with rosemary and celery not sure why but again the steak was very good. The barbecue corn was delicious and we got the stack of battered onion rings. I would visit again.

We really enjoyed our experience at BLT Steak. We took advantage of the free valet parking. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere. Even though it was very busy, the dining room has great acoustics and conversation was easy. Our server was very professional and the manager stopped by many times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The food was excellent from start to finish. Highlights include the pop-overs, Brussels sprouts, filet, ribeye, sea bass and the amazing desserts. Honestly, everything was incredible. Prices are commensurate with the quality. Highly recommended.

The Queens Feast menu was not appealing so we ate from the regular menu. Everything was extra delicious…from the Caesar salad, to the perfectly cooked filet, to the brussel sprouts and barbecue corn (to die for) to the mousse for dessert. 😋

We chose to eat light and the menu was more than satisfying. The chopped veggie salad and caesar salad were fabulous, as was the ahi tuna tartar. We also enjoyed a wonderful pudding cake with orange ice cream. Service from Yellen was outstanding.

We enjoyed our meal at BLT. Drinks and food were great. They have the best Caesar salad of any of the steakhouses we frequent. The service is always excellent. Alex took great care of us.

Alex took excellent care of us. He knew when to engage with us and when to give us time and space - just great attention to detail. And the food was fantastic. Best tuna app in town- and the steaks were cooked perfect, just the right amount of char!

The Dover Sole was excellent. Best I’ve had outside of NYC. The Mediterranean Sea Bass charred on the grill was outstanding - crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Fries were excellent. Greer our server was very thoughtful and offered top service. The sticky toffee pudding with homemade ice cream was a great ending. Only negative comment is the by the glass wine offerings could be improved. Excellent pre-concert dinner.

This is a lovely dining dining space located inside the Ritz Carlton. Bread service includes oversized popovers that are buttery and soft with just the right amount of salt. My husband deviated from his regular order of hamburger (which is outstanding at BLT) and ordered the hangar steak frites-equally delicious and cooked to temperature. Their vegetarian selection has been revised and was very good-grilled zucchini topped with fried mushrooms and lemon tahini sauce-it seemed a bit expensive. Service was prompt and friendly

Our family of 4 (kiddos 6 and 10) absolutely LOVE BLT. The food, drinks, and service are always spectacular. Mark, our server, was top notch, and we appreciated Scott, the GM, stopping by our table to chat. Hands down one of the best places for dinner in Charlotte.

The waiter greeted us by name. He was very attentive. We ordered the burgers. Mine was well done and my husband’s was medium well. Both were cooked perfectly and were juicy. Our toddler enjoyed the popovers and fries and apple juice. We shared the wedge salad, which was very good. We had cheesecake for dessert. I had the wildflower cocktail. It was very sweet. I liked it. We did not catch the waiter’s name. He was an Asian man - very cordial and helpful.
