We had a lovely brunch for my 26th Birthday - the brunches was varied offering a Sunday Roast or breakfast food which suited everyone in the party. The food portions were all perfect and all my family were very pleased with their orders with my sister commenting saying “this is the best eggs avocado I’ve ever had” and another saying “the roast dinner was a fantastic portion and very flavourful” we were very pleased with our visit and would visited again.

This was our first time at The Ivy and certainly won’t be our last. Everything was just perfect from the delicious food, calming ambience, clean and gorgeous rest rooms and very excellent service. The waitress asked my husband if we were celebrating anything and he told her it was my birthday soon and to our surprise she brought a cute and decadent little chocolate muffin decorated beautifully with a slice of chocolate saying Happy Birthday on it along with a candle…perfect end to a perfect evening. Thank you.

The worst Ivy experience so far . Table late , twice requested a glass of water at the bar with our drinks ( a relatively hot day in Belfast ) . Kitchen errors meant our ordered bread was not received, Shepherd's pie came without the peas ( which only arrived over 5 minutes later after a chase from a Manager ) We started again , then the wrong wine arrived . Suprised to receive a full bill with service for what was apart from the food was a really poor experience . Have booked private dining in Liverpool for my birthday so I am praying the service is much better than yesterday in Belfast . I would definitely not return to the Belfast Brasserie.

I booked requesting a nice table for a mother and daughter lunch and we were allocated the perfect table. The staff were very welcoming and friendly but Daniel, our waiter, deserves a special mention. He was so attentive and went that extra mile to ensure we received the best service. The cocktails were amazing and the food was so good. It was a special occasion so worth the expense. Overall we had a lovely time in this beautiful restaurant. I will definitely be returning.
