The view from the restaurant is beautiful and the hotel is beautiful, we went to Stars for our anniversary,but for the price we paid, the portions were tiny and bland. The salmon still had bones in it, which was unexpected, my husband almost choked on a bone and then had to pick the rest out, and on top of that, the salmon was overcooked and was very dry. The lobster gnocchi was an appetizer portion, four small pieces (thumb nail size) of lobster with about 8 pieces of gnocchi. Very disappointing meal and one of the worst seafood experiences on Cape unfortunately. If you’re going to pay these steep prices, then the food experience should be amazing and satisfying,even mind blowing! Like the location is! Not one thing we ate at Stars was any of those things. : (

We celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been happier with the service and hospitality shown. From the moment we arrived, we were cheerfully greeted and attended to. The food was amazing including some special treats sent out by the kitchen. We had an excellent experience. Michael, our waiter, was excellent and took great care of us.

Cocktails, a martini and a Manhattan, were terrible had to send back twice. Service was okay but slow at times. Chicken meal was terrible!

Overall a good experience with attentive but not over formal service. The crab cake was excellent. The halibut was slightly overcooked. The ice cream was bizarre - sea salt crystals sprinkled on top (which was not in the description). I didn’t eat it.

Lovely old school cape restaurant. Very elegant, incredible views, nice menu, excellent service! Beautiful spot for a special occasion dinner.
