   The food offerings that were selected were so-so for food that is mostly ready to heat and eat. The young lady that was handling the bar as well as taking orders and handling the seating of the guests was excellent as she did this mostly with no help at all. The problems arose from the kitchen itself. Though there appeared to be at least 3-4 people that were "working" (or hanging out) in the kitchen, it took almost an hour to receive the food ordered and portions of it were cold upon arrival and had to be sent back for warming.

   The food was very disappointing. The boneless chicken tasted like it was cooked the day before and reheated, the smash burgers were a big pile of grease. We came for my brother's birthday and there was nothing special for the birthday boy. Overall very disappointing, maybe because I had such high expectations.

   Our waitress Anna was amazing and nice. She constantly checked on our party of 9 seeing if we needed anything! It was my niece’s 7th birthday and Anna made sure to make the birthday girl happy!

   The food was nasty and the drinks were corny. They don’t even do the big blue drink that you need 4 adults for anymore.

   Went there on NYE, the place was not crowded at all, we were promptly seated, the server was pleasant, however, the Food Service was Extremely Slow! From the Drinks to the Appetizers and Entrees, everything took Way Too Long to be brought out, plus they forgot one of our Appetizers (Nachos) Staff seemed tired. Food was Underwhelming, this was our first time at this location, probably will not be back. Hopefully the other locations are better. Just Being Honest!

   We had a very large party and they were very accommodating. Servers were pleasant and helpful. Thanks!

    When we got there we stood at the front desk and no one ever came to help us. So we decided to just walk back to the game section to see if could get a seat. The tables said to see an attendant to be seated. The attendant there told us to just sit wherever we wanted. We sat down and browsed the menu for a while. Then we waited and waited and waited and waited but no one ever came to take our order. My son got aggravated and asked if we could just play the games. So we did. The games were fun and he had a great time playing, but by the the time we were were done we both had a horrible headache from not eating and being in a dark room with a bunch of flashing lights. We ended up eating mall food. Which was disappointing because we wanted the whole D&B experience. I chalked it to staffing issues so I didn’t make a fuss while I was there and didn’t want to ruin my son’s birthday. But it was disappointing.
