Chef Ronald Hsu: An Atlanta native, Ron cut his culinary chops as the Executive Sous Chef and Creative Director at Le Bernardin and Executive Chef of Le Colonial. Today, he is the culinary director of Lazy Betty and Humble Pie in Atlanta and a 2023 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef. Chef Monica Glass: Monica started her career in highly-awarded American kitchens, such as Le Bernardin and Clio, until receiving an unexpected celiac diagnosis. Now, a pioneering gluten-free baker, she dedicates her work to helping others create a nourished, joyful life through food.
