Located in the heart of the legendary Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, Caña is an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant featuring an elevated menu composed of fresh dishes made with local ingredients and exquisite seafood options. Featuring both tropical outdoor and indoor seating, Caña maintains the best traditions of the Island of Enchantment, old and new. Have the most amazing service and every single person at the table was pleased with their food and drinks. This restaurant is awesome. Absolutely LOVED it!!!

Our server Kelly was super and the food was excellent!! Highly recommend the mamposteo and rice and beans. These were just sides but the highlight of our meal!!

We were very exited to try Jose Enrique’s menu. But we were extremely disappointed!!! His signature dish (Whole fried snapper) at his old restaurant was not even a shadow of its old self. I was served a frozen not fresh snapper filet for $45. My wife had the chicken paillard which used to be one of her favorites. The chicken looked like precooked Tyson chicken strips and taste was just as bad for $42. Caña is going to ruin Jose Enrique’s name if they keep serving these quality of products.

Our waiter was outstanding. He managed to have the music, which really wasn't conducive to a nice meal, turned down. All of us enjoyed our meals, but the mofongo was exceptionally good.
