We are finally open for both Dine-In and Patio seating! Please adhere to Covid State guidelines upon dining at our restaurant. If there isn't a patio option upon booking, its because that time slot is already taken and cannot guarantee patio seating if you book indoor. Please keep in mind that our patio does have direct sunlight until about 12:30pm and shaded the rest of the day. Looking forward to hosting ya'll soon!

I wonder if management has changed because this experience definitely left much to be desired compared to my previous visits. First, I was disappointed to hear that the restaurant didn't validate parking, when on my last visit I was told that it DID. The server verified and informed us that they used to validate parking but discontinued that practice. On the main website it just says "street and garage parking available," without any further information on whether there is a cost for parking. I happen to know of nearby garages that are free, but being that I was running behind and had been told before that parking was validated, I used the garage right beside the restaurant. I was frustrated at having to unnecessarily pay $6 for parking. Second, when my companion arrived, because we were having a working breakfast with our laptops, she asked whether there was seating in an area close to an electrical outlet and with some screen privacy, such as a booth or space where people couldn't look over our shoulders. She was informed that there was no such space available, even though we stayed at the restaurant for nearly two hours and saw several spaces that would have accommodated our needs that went unused, or were given to people who arrived much later than us, even though we had a reservation. Even our server didn't seem to know what the situation was with those unfilled seats. We were inconvenienced and actually had to leave earlier than we planned to, as one of our computers needed recharging. It's unfortunate because the food has always been delicious, but we did not feel particularly welcome that day. Not sure if I'll be going back or even whether I'll recommend it to anyone else.

Thank you so much for your review! I do apologize about the miscommunication as well as your seating preferences not being met. You are correct, at one point we did try to accommodate parking but unfortunately the garage was not willing to work with us to help the community. We have even tried partnering with local businesses to use it as leverage, but we were unsuccessful. I also apologize about your seating preferences were not met. Based on the information, it looks like you dined in with us on Sunday. Sunday is our busiest brunch day, and we don't normally expect cancellations, but it happened. Potentially the weather kept people indoors. I do apologize this was not communicated to you properly as well as the parking situation. I will ensure our team has proper communication.

The food was tasty and the drinks were good, portions were kind of small all around. Kids meals are good. Service was fine if a little slow, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This was my second visit to Tupelo Honey. I was a little disappointed this time. The service was slow and the food was just okay. I will try again.

This is my second dinning experience at Tupelo Honey and it was just as great as the first. Both were for Breakfast and they were very satisfyingly delicious.
