Our summer Distillery Dinner Series kicks off with Casa Dragones, makers of exceptionally smooth, elegant, tequilas crafted for sipping. Join us for a 10-course tasting menu featuring all four of their signature expressions—each served neat with a zero-proof sidecar created to pair with the spirit—and woven into the dishes themselves. One night only, with just 16 seats available. Book yours before they’re gone. The experience unfolds with carefully curated beverage pairings, whether you prefer a sophisticated blend of cocktails and wine or an equally artful non-alcoholic pairing. With a singular menu, one seating, and a shared table, guests are invited to surrender to an evening of thoughtful hospitality and immersive flavors. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner commencing promptly at 6:30 PM. Reservations are required, and the experience is priced at $275 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity. We're excited to offer a new vegetarian experience that showcases the bounty of our onsite urban micro farm. Our Meatless Monday experience will follow the same format as regular One by Spork dinners—”no decisions dining” with a single tasting menu and one seating—but with a shorter duration to fit the vibe of a Monday night. Just as with the traditional OBS experience, each course will be complemented by a beverage pairing of wine & cocktails, or a spirit-free pairing that highlights the freshest seasonal ingredients. Doors open at 6:00 PM, with dinner commencing promptly at 6:20 PM. The evening will begin with two welcome bites in the lounge, followed by six savory courses and a dessert for $160 per person (inclusive of beverage pairings; exclusive of tax & gratuity). Reservations are required. *The vegetarian experience will only be offered on Monday evenings. The menu will be entirely free of meat and fish, but will utilize eggs and dairy.
