   We enjoyed quiet time on your patio with friends, early Sunday morning, before it got busy with Mother's Day guests. Our server, Thomas, was delightful, and all the staff were pleasant. We will definitely be back!

   I stopped by Earls last night and had a fantastic experience! Our server was excellent—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. And a special shoutout to Joe, who made the evening even better with his great energy and hospitality. You can really tell he cares about making people feel welcome.    Mostly wonderful, however my poor friend ordered a gluten free pizza (she's very accustomed to ordering gluten free) and it was truly dreadful.

We understand how important it is—especially for those with dietary needs—for these options to be both safe and satisfying. I would also like to apologize that your table wasn’t checked on during the main course. This is not the level of attentiveness we aim for, and we'll be addressing this with the team to improve our service consistency. As for the patio heater, we are in the process of getting them serviced so this does not happen again.    Happy hour wasn’t very happy! We were thrilled to learn that Earls went back to their old happy hour hours of 3 to 6 PM. However, in doing that, they also (in their infinite wisdom) decided to get rid of some of our favourites on the menu, specifically the sushi tacos. There’s hardly any decent Appetizers on the happy hour menu now. We found it really disappointing. Service was good though (even our server told us other people had complained about the missing menu items).  not sure when or if we will be back, which is sad considering we live very close to the Yaletown Earls. ***UPDATE May 7**** I received a follow up email as well as telephone call from the management at Earls Yaletown.Kameron was very sincere and appreciated that I had taken the time to write an honest review. We were offered a refund and future credit, which (while not the intention of my review) was very kind. I felt that he listened to my constructive feedback and wanted to ensure we have a positive experience next time.
