3 out of 4 of us arrived about a half hour before our reservation, we asked if we could be seated early while we waited for our other guest and have a drink. Our table was ready and they sat us immediately. Service was great. Food was delicious. Always fun at Earl's

Good experience eating in the terrace. It was a bit noisy but not really a problem. Service was very good but felt slightly rushed to place our order. Waitstaff was attentive. Food was delicious. Overall a very positive experience and would definitely return.

Ambience at Earls is fun, but we received very slow service. After being seated for 15 minutes we had to go back to the host to ask for a server to come to the table to take our order. Food was good. Once we were done eating we then waited another 15 minutes for our server to come around and get us the bill.

my waiter Tati slacked on me just because I was a single person. She was more focused on the bigger parties which I get but at the same time regardless she would be getting a gratuity tip from the bigger parties. I spent about $150 on my meal ALONE, she could have gotten a GREAT tip from me but she didn't care to check in on me. I had NO napkins, no utensils. All she brought me was a KNIFE??? Was I supposed to cut the knife with no fork??? No Napkins??? Also, She did not get me my extra straws when I had asked I waited a good 20 minutes before asking another server. She then proceeded to act like she was giving good service after I complained to my friends via facetime about the service. My food tasted well for the most part, steak was a little bit over cooked for my liking, kind of dry but all the flavors were there. Mostly was NOT a fan of the service I received, especially for the check I had. Would I go back for the food? Yes. Would I go back for the service? Maybe not. NOT a fan of the service I personally had AT ALL. 1/5 stars.

We're sorry to hear of your experience on our patio, this is an issue we are aware of and are always working to resolve. We take pride in our restaurants and work hard to create an environment that our guests can enjoy. As the weather turns colder, our patio becomes an open air, heated outdoor space exposed to the elements. The demand for our patio remains very high during these shoulder periods, and each Fall we work diligently with our pest control company to reduce any mice present in the area, but being an outdoor space in a busy downtown space can make total prevention difficult. Know that we hold all of our locations to operate with impeccable cleanliness standards to prevent this situation as much as possible. We sat on the rooftop and the weather was beautiful. The service was amazing! Our waiter whose name I do not recall but it started with K was phenomenal, attentive, charming and had great recommendations. The food was delish - we ordered the salmon and the sea bass both of which were outstanding. We loved the espresso martinis as well. Will definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.

Ordered tacos and they were cold! Only thing that was hot were the fries. This was the second time coming to earls that the tacos were cold. All they did was give me 10% off

We were likely the first table seated for the day, and had put our order in within 10 minutes, but waited over 30 minutes for our (very simple) order of food with no check-ins or communication about the delay. On top of that, we ordered a side of eggs for our son, and were given what must have been just a single small scrambled egg.

Ate here on a Friday afternoon before a Red Sox game. Made a reservation a few days before so there was absolutely no wait. No addresses are server was nautical of the menu, but took an extremely long time to return whenever We would request something. It was typical pub food although a little pricey. Probably wouldn't eat here again but I'm not complaining about this time.

We had a reservation for 6:30 on a Thursday evening for a company of two. When we arrived at the entrance, there was a line of people who... had reservations. It took us about 5 minutes to get to the host, he acknowledged that we had a reservation and told us to "hang to the side for a while". After another 5 minutes, he waved us upstairs, where we were greeted by... more hosts. This time around, we were quickly ushered to our table. Despite the place being half-empty, despite having a reservation, we were sitted at a high table (inappropriate choice by the hostess, it seems, as my wife was wearing a dress. A regular table would have been better). A waiter arrived 5 minutes later. The noise level at the place is so high, one coul barely hear what he had to say, and he clearly had difficulty hearing us. Nonetheless, we placed our order, and also suggested that he moves us to another table, which, after consulting the manager, he did. At the new table the drinks arrived.... Mind you, the place promotes itself as an upscale, upbeat, trendy. Drinks were... tiny. Any other establishment easily has portions twice the size. We had a margarita and a martini. When ordering the next round, I asked the waiter if they had proper martini glasses - he said that the ones presented were all they had. For margarita, the next one was ordered with "no ice" - it appeared to be 1/2 full... Talk about presentation. Food: we ordered a seafood platter, defined in the menu as a main dish for 2-4 people. It had... 6 small oysters, 6 shrimp, 1 lobster tail which came from a 1/2 pound lobster, 6 tiniest rolls you can imagine and 6 small pieces of charred tuna. 2-4 people??? Soy sauce was also provided, but no sauce dishes. When I asked our waiter to bring some, he brought one (!). I asked him about what my wife was supposed to do in the absence of one, he suggested that "we share"... Upscale? NO Trendy? NO Service? AWEFUL Recommend? TOTALLY NOT

A rat ran acrosss our feet then onto the table and seat next to ours. We informed the waiter who was unconcerned and said “the health inspector is here almost every week”. It’s my favorite place to eat but that was extremely concerning.
