    there were issues with our order but they were great about taking it off our bill and discounting other things to make up for it. I could have done with less "club music" at dinner time.

    Yet again, we had a wonderful evening at Earl’s. Our server, Andrew did a terrific job in anticipating our needs, making recommendations and being available, as needed. We frequent Boston for medical appts and enjoy an evening out to celebrate all that we have and avoid focusing on medical matters. Earl’s does a great job in helping us escape and enjoy a lovely evening. Thank you!

    Unpleasantly surprised. Had a reservation (days in advance) for 7:30pm, and did not get seated until 8:35pm. Stood at the hostess stand for half an hour and they kept telling us our table was being cleaned off. Was offered no compensation or apology. Will not be coming back.

    Well, I told Matt I wasn't going to write a bad review, but since this app asked for my opinion, here it is: One of the worst dining experiences of my life! It took 45 minutes from the time we ordered until we received our meal which was cold, except the fries. The lobster was over-cooked and over-seasoned. The steak was medium, ordered medium-rare and the manager offered to "re-heat it". How do you re-heat a steak without cooking it even more? We had reserved a high top table on the rooftop patio, reservation made days in advanced, yet we were told the patio was closed for a private party. We offered to pay for our wine, but were graciously told our entire check would be comp'd. Our server Jen was lovely and so apologetic, (certainly not her fault the food was awful beyond compare), I gave her a $20 bill and we left. Since we chose to leave and had to eat somewhere else, we missed the fireworks! Bummer, Earl! Total bummer!

    So amazing!! Great vibes, so aesthetic, delicious food, and to top it off we had the best waitress ever. So friendly and took very good care of us. Definitely recommend and will be eating here again.

    Andrew was a lovely server— I only came for drinks but his recommendations were all great. He was very knowledgeable on all the margaritas and tequila/mezcal options, along with being attentive and personable. My favorite part was watching Chef Sean and Paul cook the steaks and sushi—fun time overall! Enjoyable music, atmosphere, and service. Def coming back for the fun late night vibes.

    we used to love Earls Kitchen! Every time people from other places came to Boston, it was the designated place to take them!! This couple of times, we were pretty disappointed! I didn’t wanted to place a bad review because we thought maybe the first time was just bad luck… but the food downgraded its quality, and the service was horrible… we had to ask for things like 5 times for them to bring m. Our server wasn’t even paying attention to the table and we had to call random ones to bing us things… and it took us 5 tries with different servers for us to get what we asked for (and happened for 3 different things we asked for even the check) !!! We absolutely love the aesthetic of the place… but the food being ok and the service horrible…. it’s pretty disappointing.
