"Mammoths & saber-tooth tigers once roamed these lands in search of their rich salts. Paleo-Indians hunted, farmed and raised families here because of the salt springs. Early settlers named their town Saline after the salt springs, and now in this stunning +120 year-old former church, so does this brewery.

Salt Springs Brewery offers lovingly crafted & locally sourced food, true-to-style ales, wine, cider, and craft cocktails. Located in the heart of Saline, complete with an outdoor Biergarten and main dining room filled with the original stained from 1899, Salt Springs Brewery will quench your thirst and nourish your soul."

Beautiful place but food was overpriced … $20 for a very small chicken breast on a below average Caesar salad. Fish and chips were tasty and our drinks were good but it wasn’t enough to make us want to return.

Lunch service was a disappointment. The service was incredibly slow (nearly 50 min to receive only 3 of 4 of our orders). There was no acknowledgment or apology for the slow service.

It’s a casual place with great food and beer in a converted church. We are staying in Ann Arbor. It’s worth the trip!

Our reservation was right on time, our waitress was awesome and knew the menu front and back, the place was so cute and our seating in the standard dining room was great- not too noisy, good lighting, and our table was a good size for two! The brussel sprouts were delicious, the fish and chips were great, and the Korean BBQ is the best thing on the menu! 10/10 recommend dining here!! 🤠

Unique place in saline, MI I've been wanting to try Salt Springs for a while> about a 50 minute drive for me. Well worth it. I'll be back to sit out on the patio and venture the downtown a bit this summer. Brussel sprouts were amazing and the homemade jams!
