    The best Bison Tomahawk dinner we have ever had1 Unbelievably good, go there just to experience the tomahawk. You won't be disappointed! Service is impeccable, the restaurant has a great ambience. Be sure to book ahead.

    Another amazing experience at The Bison! Every dish we had was incredible. The tomato tartlet, tartar, scallops, halibut and venison. This is our favourite Banff restaurant. Service, ambiance and food is always fantastic. Thanks to Antoine, Garren and their teams!

    The cocktails were a work of art and the food was phenomenal from the roasted cauliflower to the entrees of duck, venison and halibut. Great dining experience!

    Lovely Resturant and good service. Food seemed great but my husband and I were very ill afterwards. This was our evening meal and we had not ate since breakfast so we believe the problem came from restaurant Service and ambience really good but could increase stars as it came out as 5 overall and I wanted it to be 2

    The Bison was incredible and both appies were excellent as well as service was very good Drew looked after all our allergy concerns and was very helpful overall. The interior of the resteraunt was lacking ambiance for $$$ perhaps the outdoor patio was nicer but I am allergic to the sun.

    Got the burger, cauliflower, and summer Negroni. The burger and fries were 5/10 for being $31. They don't do anything but cooked thru! No choice of doneness--? what is this McDonald's ? No flavor and fries being 3x cooked. The Negroni and the cauliflower were both 9/10! My family was disappointed as the rest of them got burgers as well.

    The food quality was spectacular as always. The Bison tomahawk doesn’t disappoint and although the menu says for 2, it can easily feed 4 people if you order an appetizer and salad.

    Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Bison team is professional and knowledgeable. The appetizers were outstanding - roasted cauliflower (friggin’ amazing), cucumber salad, burrata, wedge fries! Mains didn’t disappoint- bison short rib, tomahawk, cheese burger, fried chicken were each memorable in their own way. Congratulations, Banff!

    The food here is nicely cooked and presented. The amount of carbohydrate accompanying main courses is quite small so those with a healthy appetite may struggle. The restaurant is very lively and busy so service personnel are stretched. Service is acceptable but nothing exciting.
