PIER 22 is Bradenton's historic waterfront destination. For over four decades, our restaurant has been the go-to spot for fine dining, stunning Manatee River views, and a modern and classic menu that will leave a lasting impression. We take pride in our from-scratch approach to cooking and believe that cuisine is an art form that should be shared with our guests. Roger had: Sangria & Clam Chowder & Two Meatballs. Both Q’s had: Maker’s Mark – Old Fashion up , Whiskey, simple syrup, orange bitters. The Mr. also had a glass of Wine. Shared: the Bread & Spring rolls. Mr. Q had: Clam Chowder & Unagi – Broiled eel and cucumber with eel sauce and sesame seeds. Mrs. Q had: French Onion & Crab Cake – Broiled, served with Créole rémoulade.

                                                                        Loved our high top in the corner of the patio overlooking the bay. Chris, our waiter, was top notch. He gladly visited our table which is farthest from the building several times to check on us. The Ahi tuna app and Monte Christo were nice size portions and the drinks were mighty strong. Bravo!

Kitchen did not get preparation request right initially and service staff and maitre d' handled it very professionally. Overall very nice place for special occasion or a very nice brunch or dinner out.

                                                                        We spent Mother's Day dining outside next to the Manatee River. The ambiance was excellent. Our waitress , Karen, was outstanding. There were four of us and she made sure we had everything we needed when we needed it. The food and drinks were very good and rounded out our excellent experience.

                                                                        Sat for 12 minutes before anyone greeted our table while multiple servers and managers were standing there talking. The mothers day buffet did not have quality food to justify the price for their buffet.
