After a week of being around people and loud noises, it’s nice to have a couple of hours in the cozy restaurant with great view. And the food was amazing. We ordered way too much. Highly recommend.

We live in Vegas so we come to Momofuku 3-4 times a year. This time it was disappointing. We’ve come on numerous occasions for birthdays and usually they give you a complimentary drink or dessert, but this time we didn’t have that and the waiter didn’t mention the birthday. We went for an early dinner so it wasn’t busy yet, but all the two person tables were sat uncomfortably close to one another, about a foot between each table. It was awkward to have a conversation. The spicy miso ramen wasn’t as good as last time (not as flavorful) and they started to wipe off our table with an alcohol wipe while we were trying to pay - this hasn’t happened before. Overall it could’ve been a better experience, and we’ll probably try somewhere else for our next birthday celebration

The food is overpriced, the ramen itself taste like Shin ramen and the quality is like instant noodle. The oyster is not fresh and sweet. Way disappointed than I expected.

Wait staff from Sam to Peter our waiter made this experience all that much better. Food was fantastic. Highly recommend the spices cucumbers for a starter! We will definitely go back when in Vegas.

I love the food but the service is annoying. It’s all about the churn, no interest whatsoever in creating a wonderful experience. It was our 42nd wedding anniversary but it did not feel special due to the hurry up and eat mentality.

This review is for lunch. We've had dinner here before and had a 5 star experience. Our party of 4 wanted something other than the traditional lunch fare offered at the food court. Momofuku had a promising lunch menu so we decided to give it a go. Our server pushed for their $260 family style duck dish but we didn't feel like spending $300+ for lunch with a very nice dinner coming up later in the evening. We got a few appetizers, 3 noodle dishes, and some pork buns, which were all pretty good and came out quickly. The portion was decent and we had leftovers. The service was lacking after we placed our order. Was it because we didn't want to spend the big bucks on their duck dish? Not sure but I certainly wouldn't rule it out with Vegas being Vegas. The waiter didn't come by at all during the meal to check on us. I believe his name was Caleb? He also forgot the lemonade we ordered until after we had finished the meal. There was also no mention of the dessert I ordered until after we had gotten the check. He simply came by and left a few spoons on the table without saying anything. I had to ask him what the spoon was for. However, he was nice enough to offer us the missing lemonade, free of charge, when he brought over the check. Overall, a night and day difference between their lunch and dinner service. I most likely wouldn't return here for lunch unless I'm going to drop some money for their family style dishes. Hopefully I'll receive better services then.

The food was great, but service was not. Main protein took 40 minutes, but all other dishes came out really fast. Would have liked to be given notice of timing and given option for what we would like to come out together. I wouldn’t mind the wait, but ate all sides first then waited 20 min for steak. Also our waiter came to our table only twice during the 40 minute wait. Steak was worth the wait though.

It’s 7:00pm and the restaurant has every table filled with lively diners in full swing. It’s pretty impressive considering the price points of the menu items. The staff is enthusiastic and welcoming. Drinks come quickly and small bites too. Bigger dishes take longer, perhaps the kitchen is backed up. A corn & feta starter is amble and delicious. Pork belly buns going to most tables are succulent and a bit sloppy but sticky fingers are worth it. We over ordered because making a choice was hard between lamb chops, 1/2 chicken or glazed pork. The winner; pork with peppers and peaches. Chops came in error, hard not to grab one off the plate, but away they went. Chicken on a bed of creamy collard greens was super moist but skewed salty. Eventually it was all consumed. The Smokey mezcal cocktail helped wash it all down. We left knowing a walk in the mall was mandatory before bedtime. The place was still hopping and people looked so happy their dining and enjoying their night out. Note: staff replenishes the water glasses with a smile. You’ll probably miss the box with the fine print on the menu letting you know water is charged at a dollar a head. With those crowds they have it figured out!

The Iberico pork dish was soooo delicious. Absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back for that. One of the best dishes I had in a long time. A day later and I’m still thinking 🤔 about it ! 🤣 Daniel was my server. He was great. Friendly & attentive.

The spicy miso ramen was to die for but the cucumber appetizer was weird. It tasted more like onions than anything else. I don’t like onions but husband loves them. He didn’t like the dish either. The Brussel sprout and cauliflower appetizer was very good. We had dessert and my husband ordered the tiramisu. He thought it was too eggy. I had an alcoholic ice cream float. It was very nice once the ice cream began to melt into the alcohol. The real problem is that this place is very congested and noisy. I had to listen to my neighbors entire conversation. It is more of a lunch place. No intimacy or privacy. Better seating table for a large group. Not good for a date night.

The pork belly buns were a tasty starter, and we both ordered ramen. The pork ramen broth was delicious and included a slice of pork belly and more shredded pork than I expected. But the mushroom ramen had the best depth of flavor. Worth a stop - great vibes and 90s hip hop, and a great lunch for an unusually rainy day in Vegas.

My wife and I are big fans of David Chang but the experience here was the worst of all of our 3 dinners during our visit to Vegas (Nobu and Sparrow & Wolf were the other two). The food was just “ok” with good flavor and service wasn’t great. We had to ask for clean plates between courses and the wine list was extremely overpriced ($20 bottles selling for $160+)

Good food, great presentation, honestly nothing crazy to write home about but it was a decent meal. We got the set $48 menu that included salad, ramen, 3 croquettes and a scoop of ice cream then we added the $18, 2 pork bao. The bao had a HUGE piece of pork in it, way too big and needed to be seared or something as it was just a huge piece of soft fatty meat. Like I said, good but nothing amazing. Ramen was decent, salad was fresh, croquettes tasted like fried macaroni and cheese, super yum. Ice cream was probably the best part of the meal. One thing we found odd, when you’re seated, they pour you a glass of water (like every other restaurant you’ve ever been to!) then add a $1 each to your bill. It’s not even the point that they charge $1 for tap water but, probably best to mention it as most people are going to order a cocktail or soda and leave the water anyway. Just a weird addition to not mention there’s a charge for free water. Now we can say we’ve been to momofuku but probably won’t go again.

Always feel welcomed , waiter should have asked if we were celebrating any special occasion… it was my Birthday didn’t feel like celebration just another meal . Luckily my last waiter Greg made it feel like a birthday when I told him it was my birthday he immediately gave us a crack pie to go … from now on I am requesting Greg 100% of the time. Especially since I am there if not every week every other week .
