   Eight at night onward is the best time to go as it is quieter. Food is not as good as my first time to go to the 360 Sky Bar. Choices of Cichetti menu are so few. I suggest to concentrate on the original cichetti than adding British menu. I ordered slow beef but presentation wise not good and taste was poor and even the loch duart salmon is not good too. I thought your chef as not as good as the chef of two years ago. I won't forget the British young staffs who are not very friendly and looks miserable. The drinks are fantastic. Music with the DJ is good. I suggest a dress code is appropriate. I saw a lot of people in jeans, jumpers, slippers and trainers.

   We had a table booked inside which had a fantastic view over Liverpool. However it was a warm sunny day and we opted to sit outside on the terrace. You didn’t have table service when sitting outside but we didn’t mind that and were happy to order our drinks from the bar. We had lovely cocktails with an amazing view across the Mersey. The only fault which made me unable to give this place 5 stars was that service was very slow. When the drinks did finally come they were amazing though and I would certainly visit again

   Gorgeous bar with fantastic views. The service is so slow and we waited that long for our drinks that we decided to leave. We were already dissapointed by limited choice of food on the menu. Such a shame as it could be fantastic with more staff serving more quickly.

   The view and food were excellent. The service on the other hand was not. We sat for 15 minutes before any one acknowledged us after the host escorted us to our seats. We had to track down a server to take both drink and dinner order. Seems like they were short staffed.

    Fantastic views of the city but unfortunately this is where the positives end. Massively overpriced for poor service and music so loud you can’t hear your friend talking on the other side of the table. Me and my friend ordered the same drink but came in very different glasses, one was a wine glass, one a tall glass, twice the liquid for the same price. The waiter made a comment about it, laughing that it didn’t seem fair. No apology. Same happened to 2 of the party ordering the same small plates - varying portion sizes. Tried to flag down 3 staff members to even order food. Took us 40 minutes to try and pay the bill as staff nowhere to be found. Won’t be recommending or returning.
