Food was mediocre and pricey for quality. Service was ok. Paying via kiosk was a nightmare and manager had to assist. Took too long to pay for not a great experience.

We have been dining at Eden Prairie Kona for years & keep going because of the staff. Our usual waitress, Katie, always takes good care of us. The manager, Miranda, takes time to make us feel welcome & special. If not for them, we would not come for the food...it has gone downhill & is just passable.

Our server Lela was excellent. Tough table for her with 3 children and she pulled it off effortlessly. Thanks Leia. Our only concern was that the excellent food seemed a bit slow to arrive at the table.

Our server was attentive and helpful. We ordered Happy Hour items and I thought the shrimp was Ok. Chicken satie (?) was great. Please, however, get the booth seats repaired. We've been coming to Kona Grill for years and the leather like seats are cracked or torn in many of the booths. The ambience is nice except for that.

I haven't eaten here in awhile, however I remember that the salad with blue cheese dressing was excellent. I wasn't disappointed. I added grilled shrimp which was delicious. I will definitely go there again soon and order the same salad. We had two waiters, and both of them were very friendly and attentive. Thank you both.

I had a fantastic dining experience here last night. I walked in and saw quite the crowd of people, I was worried even though I had a reservation it might take a minute to get a table with how many people were in there. However me and my partner were seated right away and greeted by our server just the same. She was warm, friendly, and gave us some great recommendations!!! I noticed 2 different managers running around cleaning tables and running food. the entire night The entire staff was friendly and kind!! I will definitely be back!!!! I will say the booth seats and front entrance need some repairs but everything else was 10/10

I had requested a booth with a high chair for my son and they were able to fulfill all of our needs! The food came out fast and the general manager Miranda did an excellent job of making sure we had everything that we needed for eating out with a baby.
