Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital Grille always delivers. The Wall Street restaurant is my go to for business lunches and special occasions. My friend and I were there for lunch and had the best time. I had the 14 oz New York strip which was cooked just right. My friend had the chicken breast with parmesan risotto which was delicious too. Had some wine, sides and dessert. A wonderful experience.

    My guest and I both order the Cobb salad with Steak. I ordered my medium+, she ordered medium rare. My steak was rarer than hers. The salad seemed like it was made much earlier and judging by the fact that our order was delivered in less than 5 minutes after we ordered i definitely was. It may have had some components of a cobb salad but a poor imitation. Of course, I had to send mine back when put my guest in a bad position.

    An exquisite dining experience……food was fabulous, matched only by the impeccable service….the staff was both gracious and efficient, allowing time for us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed! There was nothing that this restaurant could do that would improve on perfection!
