I have a dairy allergy and informed them of it when I placed my order. My order came out with a dipping sauce that is cream based. I would expect a restaurant of this caliber to not send anything on my plate that was not safe for me to eat. I understand some cross contamination might happen but this shouldn’t have happen I ask the girl that delivered my food if it had dairy she said she didn’t know and I told her to go ask the chef she didn’t come back and acted like it was crazy to ask the chef. The sweet woman serving us went and ask for me. So that being said be sure and check your food if you have allergies.

Our waiter Darrin, was the best waiter we have had in some time anywhere! He was attentive to our needs and kept checking on us, as appropriate. Even kept us up to date on the University of Tennessee v University of Arkansas baseball game!

Always a wonderful experience. Deviled eggs are delicious and I always (sorry) have the Roast Turkey. Yummy. Partner’s Tortilla Soup and Filet Mignon were excellent. Service was exceptional.

We have been regular customers for several years now and have never had a less than perfect experience at Chop House. The servers are all courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. They are attentive to your needs. Every diner gets a visit from the manager just to make sure you are enjoying your meal. Everything on the menu is delicious!

Food was amazing; NY strip and Medallions were prepared a perfect medium rare. Service was great. Will be back.

It was a good experience. The quality of the food was consistent with the price and the service was good. The portions are huge! My second time here. Would go back.

We were a party of 16 with 3 small children and an infant. I must say our waitress, Tamika G., was phenomenal and the young man that was her partner taking care of us was wonderful as well. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Staff was very courteous. Food was wonderful as always. Kudos to the chef and cooks. The atmosphere made this small gathering a pleasure.

Consistently excellent food and pleasing ambiance. Good selection of entrees at affordable prices. Gets crowded at prime mealtimes. Reservations are encouraged.

Had a delicious dinner last night with friends. Food was excellent. Our waitress who claimed to have a photographic memory couldn't remember to bring us utensils and napkins without being asked or to clear the plates when we were finished. She also put the wrong entrees on the wrong bills. Other than that, she did a good job. This Chop House is close to our home to it makes for a quick trip for dinner. We'll be back as the number of restaurants we are willing to frequent continues to decline. The chicken piccata was delicious. My wife had the beef medallions and said they were excellent. Our friends enjoyed their meals as well.

Very disappointed with this visit. Went there to celebrate my son’s graduation. It took 10 minutes for server to greet us and take a drink order. Once ordered it took 15+ mins to get our drinks. Our server was nice but it was obvious she had to many tables. At 45 ins in, we were finally able to order our food. Food took another 45 mins to come out. 2 steaks came out well done but were ordered medium. No one wanted to send theirs back because it took so long to come out. Drinks getting refilled was also a challenge. I expected better for the money they charge. I’ve eaten at Conners many of times and it’s always a great experience. This was not. I don’t think I would try Chop House again.
