The quietist restaurant in nyc. Lovely service and yummy food. I went with a vegetarian and will go back by myself even though I eat meat. The food is that good.

Amazing food. Healthy, fresh and delicious. Next time we are in New York, we will Be back. It would be great to see this restaurant open up in Boca Raton, Florida.

I have been looking for more vegan / vegetarian restaurants in the Lower East Side and East Village. Divya's Kitchen was the perfect location and offered amazing food options. We started off with the Sunflower Beet Hummus. Crisp light schmelt crackers and a delictable roasted carrot tahini was a wonderful lead into dinner our Prix Fixe dinners. I chose Soothing Mung Soup, Vegan Lasagna and the Chocolate Coconut Cake. My friend went with: Creamy Vegetable Soup, Lasagna, and Pecan Chocolate Cookie. Both soups were robust with flavor and not too filling. Both lasagnas were nicely portioned and tasty. The basil parsley pesto was used in both versions of the lasagna. My friend and I both agreed it was so tasty. I loved the rice pasta and sunflower milk béchamel used in the vegan version. Our desserts satisfied our sweet tooths without being overly sweet, dry or chalky like some vegan versions. The ambiance was homey and cozy. Service was timely and courteous I will come back again to try other menu options.

We had an amazing experience! From service to great food quality, to the cozy atmosphere. It feels like a sanctuary in the City and you will feel great after your meal. Will be back!

Amazing place. Wonderful Ayurvedic dishes with an enormous range of tastes, food that just makes you feel well and sane. Attentive lovely service rounds it out. One of our favorites.
