This review is for the temporary Oaxacan beachfront experience as Comal was under construction during our visit. This was such a special and unique experience, we absolutely loved our time at this resort and restaurant. The views were phenomenal, the food was very good however it’s limited to a speciality menu focusing on the specific region therefore don’t expect a vast array of different choices. We didn’t mind at all as we were really enjoying the experience and phenomenal service. Everyone at this property was well-versed in their role and super hospitable.

Overall good experience but prices charged are different (often higher) than the menu, and they charge over 30% in taxes/fees.

Overall, great experience! We loved the food and drinks, and the wait staff was wonderful. Our only complaint was that the service was pretty slow, but other than that it was a great dinner. We’ll be back!
