Food was "good", tried both the Swordfish and their Pork Chop. Pork chop was recommended med rare, which we got, but just not comfortable with pork I guess. Flavor was good, but not exceptional. Swordfish was also a good meal, but not exceptional to justify the price. View was okay, but you're looking north from Camelback, so essentially it's looking at houses. Nice houses, but again, not worth the cost.
The food and ambience were perfect for a romantic birthday dinner. We were seated in a booth, as requested, with a view of the mountains. Everything we ordered had so much flavor and came out at the appropriate times. The service was a bit slow as we did not get asked what we wanted to drink for about 15 minutes after we sat down. Also, I reminded them twice it was my husbands birthday, but they didn’t end up saying anything or doing anything for him, which was pretty disappointing considering we picked this restaurant for an overall special experience. We would come back, but would prefer more fine dining service.
My wife and I dined at Elements on our anniversary. It is a very special place. The food was excellent, perfectly prepared with a beautiful presentation. Ambiance is perfect for special occasions. Service was attentive but not overly so. You have to try the edamame appetizer. Best we’ve had.
Excellent service, best sunset patio view I've seen, great selection, flavor, and options. Knowledgeable and attentive staff that provided an extra touch or two for our date night. Definitely a place we would return to and recommend to friends. I especially like the Asian fusion flavors and techniques used on most dishes.
The view was nice but food was not very good at all.
Food and service were absolutely outstanding! Did not disappoint! Will definitely return.
We have been here many times. Took my wife for her birthday. Had drinks and apps in the bar-excellent. Band was too noisy, so we sat outside and it was doable.
Transferred to dining room, and had a beautiful view of the city. Sat inside, but with the windows that roll back, it's almost like you're outside.
We decided on two more apps and a main. Dumplings were amazing. Escargot was terrible. Not sure why you'd put a savory inside a terribly sweet, caramel sauce. Yuck. The carrot ravioli was pretty good, but then there were three very overpowering sauces with them.
I think chef Beau needs someone to edit him a bit. Way too complicated, and everything clashed.
Couldn't get certain entrees, because the apps came in the same sauce. Sure, makes cooking simpler, but takes options for the main course from the guests.
However... the service was exceptional. Management team was all over it. Turns out the waiter was paying attention to our disappointment and comped our whole dinner. Definitely went overboard, but you know what? Now I'll go back and try again.
Everything from the food, ambiance and service was spectacular. Most importantly, the waiter and staff went over and above on making us feel special.
I thought it was a great meal with excellent atmosphere.
We truly enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Elements. Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The two hostesses were both personable and adorable. They were very accommodating in moving the time of our reservation (8:30p) up as there were open tables. The decor was simple, sleek and trendy, back/white/grey with stainless and glass... and an open wall area to take in the spectacular views. Our waiter was a delight, and gave us our privacy and his recommendations just at the right times. And, as if on que...fire works went off in the distance for our enjoyment just as we finished our entrees. There was however a very loud suprise birthday event that happened to occur on the lawn right below our seating just as as we began our entrees. The wait staff and manager were quite perceptive and quick to close off some of the glass doors to cut down on the extraneous noise till the party moved to their table. Bravo! A beautiful place, view and meal! We will definately return...be sure to save us a seat!
Foods geeat . Beyond great. The food menu is vast. Service is spextacular. They have kids menu and hellful since we have two kids with us
Korean BBQ Short Ribs (beef) were to die for. Tuna tartare with toasted pine nuts, soy sesame, scallion, cucumber and ginger was fabulous. Our hot and creamy pumpkin and ginger soup (I forget the ingredients) simply hit the spot. We constantly waited for the server, never offered another drink and continuously asked each other, “Where is he? I can’t believe how long it’s been since we’ve seen him.”
This is, without doubt, our favorite restaurant in Phoenix. The cuisine is absolutely excellent. The service & customer care is outstanding.
Every time we dine here, we hate that the evening ends.
It’s always a wonderful experience.
Wonderful food, atmosphere, and a super special view day or night. Highly recommend for a special occasion or fun night out. Try as many plates as you can.
Food and service was excellent but the manager's concern was less than impressive. we booked a table a month in advance with a request for a table with a view because we were hosting guests from Europe. First table we were shown to was at the base of the stairs and the dish trolley (no view), then we were moved inside to a table at the far end of the restaurant with a view for one person but a view of the pillar for the other 3. The on-duty manager was completely unconcerned with the lack of attention to our reservation.
The meal was excellent and the ambiance was fantastic (as was the weather)…best meal in a long time...highly recommend...
We had a great brunch and really enjoyed the whole atmosphere. The food was delicious! I think our waiter was busy with another table - the service was good but I remember it being exceptional from my last time there. (i think you can still count on great service.) Highly recommend - especially wonderful to bring out of town guests to get a feel for our beautiful city.
Lovely setting, attentive friendly service. Creative cuisine.
We have become regulars for all special occasions. Always accommodating and spectacular views.
Best restaurant in AZ
Elements has quickly become our favorite Scottsdale getaway for “cheat night”. Nestled against one mountain with striking views of others, the open architecture gives the feel of outdoors with the convenience of shelter. Great food and service. Desserts could dial it up a bit.
I proposed here and we come here for our anniversary each and every year. We are never disappointed! Everything about this place is top notch. With amazing views, an incredible menu that delivers to the top notch service this is a place you owe it to yourself to experience first hand.
Food was outstanding. Service was great we love this place and Beau
This is consistently the best spot for special occasions and any time! This world class restaurant does not disappoint. From your first interaction at the valet desk to the well trained in hospitality staff you are pampered from the moment you arrive until you drive away! The food, drinks, staff, views and atmosphere is dialed in to today's sophisticated diner. I do my best to dine here several times a year because there are always new things going on and gorgeous additions being made to keep the property evolving and exceeding its reputation.
Visiting from Florida. Elements listed as top 10 restaurant in area. Lived up to reputation. Wonderful food & wine, top notch service, amazing sunset view! Wish we lived closer to come back more often.
My wife and I had decided to have a nice dinner here as we were looking for good food and a good view. This place got them both right and more. Beautiful view of the mountains and the knew our names by reservation. Food was delicious m. I had the Chilean Sea Bass and my wife had the Filet. Both were cooked to perfection. After declining dessert because we were full our waiter still brought us out fresh Chocolate Chio Sea Salt cookies! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a romantics dinner. We live in TX but when we come back to AZ we will be dining again.
Food was excellent. Service left a lot to be desired. Dirty plates left on table. Slow service. Waiter was charming when he bothered to come by our table. Would go back for drinks I. The bar but not for dinner
very well maintained restarutant. The menu is seasonal though and there are limited options so I would recommend reading the menu before going to make sure you'll enjoy what they have to offer since it is on the pricey side. Excellent wine selection though. We had the Caymus which never disappoints. filet mignon was missing key flavor elements of that cut. They have some asian twists on american dishes which some were delicious some were not. I don't care for sweet jam on my steak so that was disappointing.
Would highly recommend. My wife and I celebrated our 11th anniversary there. The food was amazing, the views were spectacular and the service was excellent.
This wonderful restaurant has a beautiful setting, really awesome, kind servers, and great food. Highly recommend.
Always a favorite of ours.
Phenomenal restaurant, we stayed at the resort and ate at Elements everyday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each meal was simply fabulous!
We went here for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was outstanding. Great service and amazing food! Would definitely go back
They had poor music for the nice venue. It was continuous beats repeated over and over. Very irritating.
The views were incredible with Mummy Mountain and Camelback Mountain near by. The food and service was very good. For a Special Occasion I would highly recommend Elements.
Elements needs to figure out who and what it is. Is it Asian, is it Asian with American?? Who knows. It needs to go back to what it used to be - nice dining with great food.
Wonderful dining experience. Great food and service. They took ingredients from the menu and made my wife a great vegetarian meal which she really enjoyed. Wine selection was excellent as was our waiter and sommelier. Nice view of outdoor mountain area. Highly recommended for anyone living or visiting the Camelback Mountain area.
Never disappoints! Love this place. The food is fantastic and so is the service
We visit twice a year love the views the privacy and most definitely the service, recommended by Gainey Ranch for Mountain View’s.
Thank Hyatt for sending you a loyal guest, see you again.
