   Serving staff was very friendly and food was not bad. Value for money.

   Half of our party was not served due to burnt food. The server wouldn’t even serve it. Essentially this caused our party to eat in shifts. The server had the manger credit out bill 50% which was generous. Server needs training on etiquette. She reached over the table while serving drinks and never took our plates away upon completion of the meal. The server was very nice but the staff all around needs training.

   No silverware when food arrived. Had to get ketchup myself. Asked for sweetner never came. Food not good. Overcooked& dry. Will not return.

   It was very busy at 7 PM with a 30 min wait so we went to the bar. They would not accept the Reservation from your group so we had to wait. I said they should take the app off their app because we thought we had a set time appointment. We did still eat there and it was great. Rib special full slab $13.99 with 2 sides.

   Very good experience but when we checked in they said they don't do the OpenTable anymore

   Wonderful wait staff and management. Because I don't expect perfection, but I do expect gracious corrections. And this restaurant provided that when my fries were not cooked as requested and a steak was tough.

   Got there and they said they don't take reservations even thou I made one on open table. Very very slow service

    Opentable has it wrong TGI Friday’s DOESNT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS. But we were seated although there was a wait. Opentable needs to change this on your site.
