Service was great. After you order a $17 salad and $72 rib eye steak. They charge for anchovies and bread. Everything is an extra cost. It would be nicer to charge more and not charge for bread and things that should come with the meal. Very disappointed.

This is no longer the French Bistro with wonderful food. Ate there previously and had a wonderful salmon on leak puree, with asperagas, and blood orange sauce. Looked forward to getting it again. Ordered the salmon and they just brought a piece of salmon that was overcooked on a plate. Asked them about it and they said they switched from French Bistro to Steakhouse and everything is al-a-carte now. Charged $ for bread. Salmon with nothing else was $4 more than the previous wonderful meal. Sides were $18 each and no asperagas. Will never eat there again,

We were here in February. Fleur French Bistro was the first restaurant we went to for this trip. Food was great, however, my husband was very disappointed the French Onion Soup was no longer on the menu.

IMEX reservation for lunch. If you don't want to be opened for lunch service during busy conference times, then don't. Between the hostesses and the manager, these three made quite the rude trio. All we asked was to increase the size of our group by 2 people and the excuse was the restaurant was completely sold out, which, was not true. The scattered reservations were seated in times the servers and the kitchen had more than enough time to accommodate the 1/2 full restaurant. We were there between the hours of 12-2pm and the restaurant was never completely full. Tables were sat in 15 minute increments giving the staff plenty of time to properly serve. Mixed with the limited lunch menu which was designed in order to guarantee a quick turnaround so the kitchen could easily prepare these items in a timely manner, there is no excuse. When there were 5 tables of 8 that were wide open right beside us, there is absolutely no reason we couldn't have added 2 more people to our table. From the time we were sat to when we got our food took over an hour and the food was fast food restaurant quality at best. In fact, Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is better. I'm also in the hospitality industry and I know the difference between untrained vs understaffed and this was nothing short of untrained and rude.

I needed to a person to our party/reservation. The host was not at all flexible. And the restaurant was empty!! We had to get the manager involved who then added the chair we needed to our table. Totally unnecessary. I made us on edge and we were entertaining clients!

the only negative thing we have to say is the wait staff cleared plates from some while others were still eating. It is disruptive and awkward. None should be cleared until all dinning are finished.

We always fit n a meal at Fleur when we visit Las Vegas. It never disappoints. Pleased to find sweetbreads on the menu. I like something unusual when I’m dining out. Always well executed food and Adam and team provided the best service ever found.

Outstanding service. Food was very good. I Disappointing one could not pick the salmon temperature, only medium was available. But it came actually medium, so it was still moist and delicious. French onion soup was special, with braised beef morsels providing the rich, not-to-salty flavor.

Everything was going well until... My wife got Staph food poinsining shortly after dinner. I called the manager and we were accused of being drunk. Not very happy with this aspect of our treatment. Fortunately the Mandalay Bay management team got back to us and were more accomodating. I don't think we will return to this restaurant.

Good food, not GREAT, but good enough. Good service. Roasted chicken was excellent. The filet mignon was not the best cut, but to be expected at the price. They should make the inside even better w/booths. Also the counter under the picture is wasted space. No mgt visible.
