We tried the longer and more expensive menu option and were disappointed. The flavors were just not there. The restaurant is trying too hard to be innovative but at the expense of their dishes actually being memorable and tasty. On the other hand, the ambiance, interior and the view were very pleasant. The service was precise and thorough. The pace of the menu was good and we never waited too little or too long for the next dish. However, overall it was not worth the trip and I would not recommend it to other people.

Food, service, wine were all what a Michelin starred restaurant should be and then you have that spectacular view!!! My favorite dish was the one that sounded the most underwhelming: potatoes and pasta - every bite under that parmesan foam was a revelation. About USD$300 per person wine the special wine pairing, but worth the splurge!

We liked the view of the sea. The waiting staff was very polite, but the rotation was high and it was difficult to establish a relationship with your server. We chose the Physis menu. Overall, the food was disappointing. The fish/seafood dishes were OK, the paella was good – but not exceptional. Cavior was served in most dishes, whether you like it or not. The poultry seemed on the undercooked side. The dessert choice was just bad: the nduja ice cream was „interesting” but was not tasty in any way, the apple pie lacked flavour, and the main chocolate dessert tasted like Hershey’s. Unfortunately, the food was subpar and, quite frankly, we are surprised that it was this way in a Michelin star restaurant. There was nothing memorable about the menu and everything seemed rather chaotic. To our surprise, we were not even asked if we had enjoyed the experience. We had much better experiences in non-star restaurants.

We had the 18 service with the exclusive wine tasting, and we had to use the same wine to some of the meals, without having the glass refilled. The staff was very nice, and the restaurant was very good. But the food I will only give 3 stars of 5.

Niezapomniane doświadczenie. Przepyszne (zarówno opcja wegetariańska, jak i mięsna), artystycznie podane dania, profesjonalna obsługa i zapierający dech widok na panoramę Gdańska. Wybraliśmy opcję z doborem win, co wspaniale dopełniło dania. Bardzo polecamy!

The menu was a bit chaotic and without a real concept. Some dishes have been exceptional like the sticky rice, some were just boring.

Motywem przewodnim kolacji były wspomnienia szefa kuchni. Historia niespójna z daniami. Miałem tylko 2000 znaków na opinię

Dinner was great, I only should have come hungry because in the end it was too much food. But all tasted great and the service was pleasant. It was my birthday and I got a small birthday cake with a candle, that was so thoughtful and it made the evening even more special.
