My wife and I come to this location a few times a year, and we continue to return because they never disappoint. We had 6:30 reservations and were promptly seated at a table decorated to commemorate our wedding anniversary. Our waiter (Marcel, I believe) was fantastic and did a great job of ensuring we were comfortable and outlining the specials for the evening. I had the porcini-crusted steak, and my wife had the South African lobster tails with sides of Sam's mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach and garlic. The food was exquisite and well worth the price. I cannot wait to return.

The entire experience could not have been better. We arrive 30 minutes early for our reservation (weren’t sure of travel time and had tickets to a show following). They seated us immediately. Our server was very accommodating and attentive. Lobster bisque was creamy with large chunks of lobster, delicious. Tenderloin with lobster tails was absolutely amazing, Brussel sprouts were so good. I have traveled to many places and eaten at many different styles of restaurants. This was by far my very best dining experience with the best meal I have ever eaten!

The staff was over the top great. Food was great. They threw away our leftovers away by mistake and made very good on it. Really enjoyed the experience.

Our meal was outstanding - steak was perfectly cooked and the creamed corn was so delicious. The martinis were done perfectly. We had a later reservation and definitely felt rushed. Our waiters were professional but it was clear they wanted to wrap up the evening which isn’t great when spending so much on a night out. Mir brought us our food and was engaging and funny. We stopped by the bar for a drink on the way out and received the best service of the night. The bartender was warm and welcoming - a real asset to the restaurant!

I reserved dinner with a note that it was for a birthday, as it was my brother’s. When we arrived there was a birthday card on table and confetti spread across the tablecloth, a nice welcome. The steaks - two filet mignons and one dry-aged strip on the bone - were perfectly cooked medium rare and had a great crust on it. The service was attentive but not overbearing, only thing was that the wine requested with the entree was late, but otherwise very good service. And they had a special birthday dessert platter made up, which topped off the birthday wishes from the restaurant, very nice touch. I was pleased with the dinner reservation and resulting experience.

I love Capital Grille at Chrysler Center and I went for my birthday again and I have to commend them again as there was an awful acting party of like 20 next to us with all kids and about 7 moms and the kids were literally climbing the walls by the glass and running their toy cars down the huge beautiful beams it was completely outrageous and inappropriate especially for a place like this, and we said something to the staff and they were completely aware but hadn't seen the climbing and cars and they took care of it in a sec! two managers went over and then gave them their bill and cleaned the mess which food under the table and within no time it was clean and quiet (normal restaurant energy) and the staff was really on it and then they comp'ed us drinks and (it was my birthday) dessert, this is why i always return because they really have great service and the food is sooooooo excellent cooked perfectly and the best martinis!

Ask to sit in Tony’s area. Top notch service. 10/10. Friendly, welcoming and professional. The food here is delicious. Top quality. Steaks, lobster, sides and wine list. Our go to spot. Highly recommend.

We were very excited to try this Capital grille location because the others we’ve been to have been amazing and we read great reviews about the service. But I don’t know if we got a new server, or just a bad one. Did not listen, did not give right info. Both of us asked specifically to not have any sauce on our dish, (the peppercorn crust gets mushy when sauce is poured over it) so we asked for it on the side instead. When the food arrived, we both got sauce on our dishes AND sauce on the side. Did not inform right cost for the dishes so our lunch ended up much more expensive than what we expected, which would have been fine if everything was perfect, but when it’s not, and you pay more without they inform you about it, it’s a big no no. Luckily the food was good. But won’t go back to this place, would choose the other locations.

If you don't want to take any chances of having anything but a class dining experience from reception to service to food quality, this is the place. Great for business, a birthday, or just a solid delicious meal, I can never go wrong here. Food quality is top notch only to be rivalled with exceptional service. Love this place!

Lovely business lunch. Chris was an outstanding server. Shrimps in the cocktail were very fresh but a tad tough. Tuna mains were excellent. This joint is a fave.
