While not inexpensive there was not one thing I’d recommend they change. Each of us absolutely loved what we had. Appetizers and deserts were works of art plus delicious. We did the wine pairings and I’d definitely do that again. Each wine was perfectly paired with all four of our meals. Sommelier was helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. This was a birthday dinner for my daughter and it was a perfect evening from start to finish. Thanks.

The service was impeccable: the Maitre D' (Alex), who is French, is knowledgeable, professional and kind. He guided our wine choices to be perfect compliments of our dinner choices. The food was the true star of the night. Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The fois gras was better than anything I had tasted in Paris! Dining here is more than just a meal; it’s a celebration of culinary artistry and exceptional service. Second visit to Bas Rouge, what an amazing place. Decor is beautiful and welcoming. Service is expectable and the food is just amazing. Staff is very professional and accommodating. Can’t wait until the next visit. Worth the trip to the Eastern Shore of Maryland.

We have been to Bas Rouge at least 30 times and have always had outstanding meals. Still the Dover Sole tonight was a new high. Just outstanding. Bravo!!!
