   The food was subpar. Crab dip burnt, gnocchi sloppy and soupy. I guess I expected more ambient seating instead of in a sea of people.

   I have had the pleasure of dining at Prime multiple times, and every time it was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for both a casual meal or a special occasion. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The food is always outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend Prime to anyone looking for quality food, excellent service, and a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

   Excellent service, great food, lovely ambiance. We started with mocktails, very good, and ordered from their theater menu, available 4-6 pm, a selection from salads or soup and an entree. Lobster bisque is very good, sourdough bread and butter, perfection. I got sea bass and roasted shallot rice with a tomato cream sauce. He got a steak with garlic mashed potatoes. Both were delicious. The full menu looks amazing, and we will be back.

   5/5. Location is amazing. The service was superb. We came for happy hour on our anniversary and we're treated like royalty. We didn't order from the main dinner menu but the cocktails and appetizers were amazing. We had great service in the bar area! I wish our server endless success with his career as a mechanical engineer!
