   On Sunday June 5th, 2023, we dined at Eddie V's for the first time and all of our expectations were met if not exceeded. The ambience in Eddie V's was very nice as we enjoyed the live music, the subdued lighting and the comfortable seating. It absolutely had the feel and presence of a fine dining establishment. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, only to be followed up by a meal that was outstanding. We had the chilled gulf shrimp, followed by a classic Caesar salad and then thoroughly enjoyed our entree of Parmesan Sole. The sole was light, tender and crispy and flavored with a tasty lemon, butter garlic sauce with an heirloom tomato salad on the side. We also had the Au Gratin Cheddar potatoes, which were delicious, piping hot and ozzing with cheese. While we had no room for dessert, we were however treated to a complimentary flute of champagne to end our meal. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

   Food and service were excellent. We let our server know that we were going to a show and he ensured our meal was timely and coordinated delivery to our table of the different courses.

   Excellent steak and seafood. Very good cocktails. Great service. Not especially cheap, but well worth the cost for a special occasion. Would recommend for anniversaries, etc.

   We had a wonderful evening at Eddie V's. We were seated in the bar area at a high top table across from the entertainment, which was fun. Our server, Brittany did a fantastic job of pacing the service of our drinks and dinner. We totally enjoyed every course from oysters, beet & burrata salad, Branzino, Parmesan Sole to the Meyer Lemon tart. Great experience.

   We went for an early dinner in the lounge. The filet special was fabulous, our side of asparagus was exceptional. The appetizers - oysters and caviar were tasty. Corey was our waiter and was the best. Dessert of bananas foster was spectacular. Staff, food, and service were all phenomenal.

    Eddie V’a is always outstanding every time we dine there. Our server Amy was wonderful and attentive. The food was perfection. The presentation of the drinks and flaming Bananas Foster makes for a special treat. Even our regular server Cory stopped by to say Hello. The manager David introduced himself and checked to see how our dining experience was. It is alway a wonderful time when we are in Pittsburgh to dine at Eddie V’s.

    My partner and I came for our 1 year anniversary and the food was phenomenal as always. I had the filet and lobster and he had the filet medallions. We also had two half sides of the brussel sprouts and crab fried rice. We were sat in the side dining room next to the bar so we had a good earshot of the live band but still could have a conversation. They had the table prepared with an anniversary card and rose petals which was a really nice touch. Our server was Cory and he was very sweet but we were the only table in the dining room he was taking care of and it seemed as though we were his last table and gave us a little too much time after we were done eating. Overall an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

    Drinks at bar were fabulous! We sat at a booth in the bar area, lighting & ambiance were conducive to a romantic evening. Server Amy was very gracious and food was delicious! We had a perfect wedding anniversary dinner.

    We loved absolutely everything. Calamari is usually our go to appetizer but we went for the lobster tacos and they did not disappoint. The rest of our food was cooked perfectly and delicious. Our server was super nice and attentive. She took our valet ticket out for us while we were finishing up which I thought was a very nice gesture to save us from waiting.     What a fabulous place for an excellent meal. We went to celebrate a Ph.D. graduation and had a wonderful experience. The service, food, and atmosphere were all fantastic. I highly recommend Eddie V's.

    One of our favorite Seafood restaurants in the area. We drive an hour and a half just to have the highest quality chefs, food and wait professionals! It’s a huge treat and the ‘Butterfish’ with Miso broth will change your life. Outside of Hawaii best Butterfish I have ever had!

    I had the crab cake and au gratin potatoes, and it was amazing. the cesar salad was the best i ever had. We went to celebrate my husband birthday and they made it very special. This is my come too for good food and atmosphere.

    We have always loved Eddie V’s and have always had an excellent experience here. Unfortunately, both my steak and my husband’s steak were quite overdone. Asking for a rare plus steak and it turning out medium/medium well is definitely not acceptable at Eddie V’s. The food was just not as good as it normally is at this restaurant. This is unfortunate as there are so many steakhouses in Pittsburgh. Eddie V’s needs to step it up as there is a lot of competition in the area.
