This celebrity favorite is sure to satisfy any sweet-tooth craving. We came here for an old-fashioned Sundae. The ice cream was worse than Kroger brand. The “homemade” whipped cream was Rediwhip, and the hot fudge was a generic Hershey chocolate syrup knock off. Hot chocolate was milk with the same chocolate syrup mixed into it. Both items were way over priced. Over promised, under delivered. It’s obvious why they include the 20% gratuity. They are probably concerned customers are going to take their disappointment out on the staff’s tips. Stay away if you’re looking for real desserts.

If you’re heading to the Sugar Factory, go for the experience, not the food. The service is genuinely great—friendly, attentive, and quick to make you feel welcome. The staff really leans into the fun, over-the-top vibe the place is known for. That said, the food and drinks leave something to be desired, especially for the price. Most of the dishes are average at best—definitely not bad, but nowhere near justifying the premium price tag. The drinks, while eye-catching and Instagram-worthy with all the smoke and sparkles, tend to follow the same trend: lots of flair, but not much depth in flavor. Overall, it’s clear you’re paying more for the spectacle than the meal itself. If you’re in the mood for a loud, colorful, over-the-top night with friends and some fun photo ops, Sugar Factory delivers. But if you’re expecting a memorable culinary experience, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great experience with our family of five. The fizzing drinks kept our young children engaged in the experience and kept them in the moment without any screen distractions. Ording sharables can help with bill 😉

Waitress had pitcher of water sitting on table with no cups for about 15 mlms but all in all good experience for mu daughter we enjoyed especially singing and picture

The staff at Sugar Factory are awesome. I have no complaints at all. We were a large group and they handled us well and were very accommodating. Honestly, the food and menu are trash. The food quality is awful and its expensive. I didnt want to go here. My sons mother made this our destination but it was my first time. Literally every other adult knew it was terrible except her and I. Again, staff and service. Awesome. Food? My children cook better. Menu is too large and there is clearly no care to taste and presentation.
