   Enjoyed a lovely Sunday brunch. Our food was great however the first thing the server told us was: “we are out of a few things. No lobster rolls, salmon burgers and no chicken wings”. Came back later and said they ran out of pancakes. What? Even with that….what we did have was delicious!

    The waiter we got wasn’t very helpful and gave off a judgmental attitude. That’s the main reason I gave 3 stars. There were lots of flys that bothered us while we ate which took away from having a pleasant dining experience. My friend got a chicken wrap and I got a burger and both were pretty dry. However,the drinks were good and the view of downtown Detroit was pretty.

    Worst restaurant I have been to downtown. Overpriced. Cocktails were weak. Got a lobster roll with a big piece of shell in it that almost cracked my tooth. My wife got a dinner with potatoes that seemed like they were from the day before. Server was decent. Hostess was rude and reluctant to sit us. Overall terrible experience. The only thing that keeps this place alive is the location. Go anywhere but here.

    We had reservations for a party of four & communicated up front 2 members were sick and unable to attend. Our table for 4 was then not available and to get a table where one of us didn’t have our back to the view(a table for 4) we had to eat within an hour. Hostess & manager were unfriendly. The food was salty and subpar. Short rib was Luke warm, lobster in the pasta was chewy and too salty, burrata appetizer was to heavily doused with vinegar. Certainly not worth $215. So glad my 2 guests were unable to make it. To top it off two gentlemen were then seated at a table for 4 that I requested within 30 minutes of us sitting down.

    Best location-especially on a summer day! Food quality and server attentiveness wasn’t as good as it has been in the past, but still a lovely brunch. Great craft cocktails! My Prosecco drink wasn’t cold-disappointing.

    The food was good, although some items on the menu felt a little gimmicky. They have a burrata on the menu with a table side flambé. We assumed this would mean just the fruit and vegetables served with the burrata would be flambéed. Instead they flambéed everything including the burrata. The presentation was entertaining as they do the flambé table side, however the result left much to be desired as the burrata was stringy and difficult to cut due to they way it was cooked. And the richness and creaminess of the burrata was entirely gone unfortunately. The cocktails were also good, but nothing special. The ambiance was nice. It is in the center of Detroit, and their decor and glass walls to view the outside have a modern chic feel. It would be great for a date night, or casual meet up. I appreciated that the environment allowed for a causal or classy attire effortlessly. The service was subpar. The staff seemed confused on certain things, and were not trained well in attentiveness. At a relatively high end restaurant, I am paying for service as much as, if not slightly more than the food. We waited for a table for about 10-15 mins we had placed a reservation for in an empty restaurant. After being seated, the waitstaff came to the table irregularly and at odd times during the course of the night, which unfortunately left us waiting much longer than the standard norm for many items. I was surprised by this because the restaurant was mostly empty as we had an early dinner reservation, and our server only had our table during the entirety of our meal. Overall, not sure I would go back for anything more than a drink, as there are many places around the area with better service, food, and cocktails. However the location is very unique and fun, and in the center of Detroit.

    The food was great! The wait staff was perfection, great vibe with the open doors. The menu is priced high but for a night out or dinner after work I would highly recommend it.

    Music too loud. Table was loose on its base. Very little sausage I’m my pasta dish. Service was very good but $37 for a plate of pasta was ridiculous really.

    We have been happily supporting Parc since they opened. We went in for lunch on Monday around 11.40 and were told abruptly by two hosts that the only seating available was at the bar, even though the resturant was at about 15% capacity. Being someone whose worked in the fine dining industry for years, myself and my one guest understood that it was likely they were booked with reservations. The hosts then explained to us we needed to have a reservation to get a table and when I asked if I could make a reservation for lunch, they replied I could not make a same day reservation for two people and that there were eight lunch reservations and that they’d have prioriy. They then told us to come back in thirty minutes and they'd see what they could do, no guarantee. We offered our names or phone number, but they wouldn't take them. They insisted we go and come back. We stepped outside and found the reservation app and were able to EASILY reserve a table for two at 12.00. We walked in at 11.55 to the exact same volume of tables full and were seated, only after the hostesses made rude remarks about us coming back. There was no explanation provided as to why we had to exit the resturant to reserve a table. We enjoyed our patio table, food and beverages, but left feeling unwelcome.

    The place was in a beautiful location and the restaurant itself was really nice. Though service and food was somewhat lacking. I made a point to emphasize I didn't want cheese on my salad. But sure enough food comes and there's cheese on it. It happens, not a huge deal. I pointed it out to the waiter and he seemed mildly irritated by it. Took it back and said he would get a new salad. I kid you not two minutes later they come back with the same exact plate with the cheese all over the salad. I could tell it was the same because i had previously attempted to remove the cheese from the salad into a pile on the side of the plate. Pointed it out again. Again all I got was irritation from the waiter. They did take it off my receipt and I do appreciate that a lot. But everyone was defensive and annoyed instead of just apologizing and fixing the issue. So our group as a whole didn't love the experience.

    I have been to Parc many times and enjoyed it. I was disappointed when I was sat outside all the way on the end closest to the outdoor bar where it was very noisy and furthest from the restaurant. So I missed out on the atmosphere inside. I ordered the chopped salad which used to be a favorite of mine and it just wasn’t made well. Hardly any lettuce and huge chunks of purple cabbage just made it a mess. It was also missing some ingredients. The charred burrata was good.

    Dinner here is phenomenal! Service is great, food comes out on time, cocktails are amazing. We are obsessed with the charred burrata!! The oxtail ragu was next level. We were all so impressed. Highly recommend!

    The food was fantastic. The atmosphere and views were outstanding. The manager was mingling and friendly. Our server, Michael, was disappointing. He served warm white wine, didn’t offer a taste, and we had to ask for a chiller. He insisted on taking our appetizer and entrée orders at the same time. He assured us there would be plenty of time in between each course. That was not the case. Our entrées came very shortly after our app arrived. But, we will definitely return because everything else was so amazing…

    We had the worst experience. We were celebrating a special birthday, and there was no attention to detail. We were given dirty appetizer plates, and then dirty salad plates. My husband’s dish was prepared incorrectly and they did nothing to improve our experience. We will never go back.
