   Had a decent time. The service wasn't great but the waitress was really nice. The food was good Besides the Mac and cheese bites. They were frozen and came out at the same exact time is our food. supposed to be an appetizer. Definitely wasn't busy Especially for Valentine’s Day. The salmon was outstanding. Just needs better service our waitress forgot a lot. Again she was so nice but wasn't the best about remembering anything.

   Food was tasty. Hard working waitress couldn't do anything but run from table to table because she was only one working. The floors were filthy as were the tiles next to our booth. No music? Keep the restaurant clean and I might come back.

   Yes, it's a chain. Macaroni Grill gives a personalized service by the wait staff and offering "create your own" pasta option. I had the seafood ravioli and changed the lemon butter to garlic 🧄 cream sauce and was outstanding! Two private party rooms work great for large groups and the bar area is a more intimate area than big dining room. This building has been remodeled at least twice and is gorgeous compared to the tired looking Olive Garden down the street. The location was convenient to our after dinner destination and prices reasonable (drinks, salads, bread, entree under $75).

    When I made a reservation for our 45th wedding anniversary, I asked for a quiet location. We were seated in an area of occupied tables. Not quiet at all. Our server was the best we've had in the past 10 years. Including other restaurants. I believe her name was Makayla. She was definitely a highlight to our visit. The food was very good. Very tasty. Overall,our experience was very good.

    Tasty food as always - Penne Rustica and Build Your Own pasta dish. The house red table wine tastes the same every time...which is nice. Lisa, a long time employee in their wait staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, efficient, and friendly. There was enough food served for two meals per person, so take home containers were required. Maybe a seniors menu would be in order for consideration since our population is aging with all of us baby boomers still hanging on for dear life!

    Our entrees were dry, not enough sauce. Server was very pleasant however she did not offer refills on my husband's unlimited soup or my unlimited salad. She did not offer more bread when ours was gone before the entrees were served, nor did she offer another alcoholic beverage. We had not been to Macaroni Grill for some time. It certainly wasn't as good as we remembered.

    The parking area had bad pot holes, large cracks and trip hazards on walk ways to the entrance. Floors were greasy and slippery. Waitress was sweet but very distracted and unorganized. Food on one order was wrong. Drinks took forever. We had oil but no bread for 30 min. Appetizer’s were great seats in our both were faded and cracking almost ripped. Very displeasing to see. Selection options have change not many choices. Corp. and Management need walk their property! Very run down an unsightly for the reasturants image and curb appeal.

    First and foremost our server was excellent. The food here is soooo average. Sloppy plated food. Meatballs that are clearly not made in house. Too salty. A suggestion would b to add several brunch items on the Sunday menu. Food is just lousy. Lots of other Italian restaurants that offer better food. Not worth the cost😆

    Had the pleasure of eating here twice and each time the experience was enjoyable. The meal was well prepared and tasteful, our server Padric was very pleasant and attentive. He ensured everythig was just right for us. We left feeling full and completely satisfied.

    Our server Jess was absolutely one of the best servers I’ve had in almost 25 years. Her personality was remarkable; attentiveness perfection; and follow-up, timeliness, jovial nature, etc. etc. we’re outstanding. The staff upon entry greeted us and it was just a wonderful experience and dinner (the food was ammmmmazing) for my husband’s 46th. (Plus, when my stepson left his retainers, they were held - lol) A+++++

    Von was our great server & was both personable & helpful. Food was disappointing- steak tough more pasta than meat in lasagna. Had to pay extra for a salad. We were greeted by the host who was wearing a tshirt and had a toothpick sticking out of his mouth. Thought this was going to be a bit better scale dining. Only the prices were.

    I had not been to Macaroni Grill in quite awhile and we had a lovely meal. Our waitress was warm and attentive. Both meals were delicious - we would order those again. Definitely coming back soon.

    The food was excellent, and our server was great. The only thing that bothered me was we made a reservation and arrived on time, and the hostess put us in a specific line and made us wait for 40 minutes. They sat people who just walked in before use and then finally sat us in the bar area at a table that was open the whole time we were waiting. I will go back, but not sure why they take reservations if they don't honor them and sit you in the bar.
