Owner Tom Douglas is a Seattle icon. Douglas is an American chef, restaurateur, author, and radio talk show host. Two-time James Beard Award winner and Iron Chef winner, Douglas is known for his love of quality local and sustainable ingredients, as well as serving deliciousness with graciousness. Etta's is dedicated to supporting sustainable fisheries and farming practices. We offer the best of Wasingotn's wineries and breweries, curing and smoking our own meat and fish, and making every one of our breads and desserts.
