Wine list was not too impressive. Really liked the special, which was starter or salad, main course, side one had lobster & filet which was terrific. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

Overall I was very disappointed in how the steak came out. We asked for medium and it was well done. Completely over cooked. I am always amazed when a steakhouse screws up the one thing they should be able to produce consistently time and time again. For a $45 steak it was a great disappointment.
The rest of the food was decent. Tuna appetizer didn’t fail as usual. A tomato and mozzarella salad was also a bit disappointing with only 4-5 little chunks of mozzarella for the 15-20 pieces of tomato. Dessert was excellent as usual.

The ambience was very nice and our server was polite and kind. Everything was very slow very slow, and the place was empty. A couple that came in after us had their entrées before we had our appetizer. The appetizer came actually after our entrées. My entrée was wrong which was very disappointing but we did not have time to change it. Also the glass of wine I wanted to have with my meal they were out of. Not exactly what I was expecting for a $250 meal

Love a Ruth's Chris!! However.... this location needs to hire a different maitre'd since Justin does not have the personality to run the front reception check in. We walked in with no reservations. Party of 2. He told us in no uncertain terms they had no room. Directed us to high tops in the bar area. No clean tables. I got on my Open Table app, made a reservation within 10 minutes. Check in again with Mr. No Personality and we were seated immediately. Justin needs to find a job he enjoys!!! Hayley was exception; Carlos was her assistant and he was also very good. Our food was cooked to perfection. We were not rushed; enjoyed our dinner and the ambiance. Music was a smooth jazz and this Ruth's Chris has a great wine selection. Great evening once we got to our table.

The drinks and food were what one would expect from Ruth Chris, the service was out of control.
By the time our desert came we still had appetizer, salad and dinner plates on the table.
When our steaks arrive the server asked us to move our salad plates out of his way because the plates were hot! While the staff was nice enough they were not trained or managed.

1st time at this location and overall disappointing. Took over 5min to have waiter greet us at table. Steak (filet mignon) was good but nothing special. We also had the tuna which we ordered rare and it was over cooked. Lobster voodoo was good and salads were good.

Manager did offer to get us something different to replace the tuna but we had a concert to go to. They did remove the tuna from our bill and offered to buy us a drink so they did make it as right as they could.

We went for the St. Louis Restaurant week. Everything was done well - the salads, steaks (the creamed spinach) and dessert. Waiter was very attentive without being annoying.

My ambiance score of 4 would have been 5 stars but for the loud jazz music featuring sax, which grated on my nerves. May I suggest more piano jazz? I get it that the music volume has to be as is so that diners cannot hear other diners' conversations. However, the music just wore on me; there was little variation that made it difficult for me to focus on and hear my dinner companion. SMH Everything was great but for this annoyance.Thanks.

It was yummy! Rebeem was an awesome waiter and went above and beyond. The steak was very good, as was the heirloom tomatoe appetizer! Our table wasn’t a fan of the lobster bisque or the desserts....we had the break pudding and the cheesecake.

We arrived 1 hour prior to our reserved time and they took us straight in. Nick, our service, was fabulous. He delivered the items to our table that were cooked to perfection. We started out with a plate of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese that thrilled our taste buds. Their filet, well done as requested, was absolutely scrumptious. We also had a cheesy potato dish that was quite yummy. We were talking about just how good that meal was two days later. I rather wish I lived close so I could return often.

Never been here before, I wanted an exceptional meal as we were celebrating my wifes Birthday and everyone was made aware of my wife's allergies from online to our hostess and she said she would make everyone aware of this and our server, she did in fact start having a reaction to the food, we discussed this with the server he assured us after talking to the chef and looking the corporate recipe book that none was used which was a bold face lie. So the rest of our evening was spent with her sick and in bed. Our reservation was very early so I had a whole night planned for us. 250 bucks wasted not to mention the other plans and ticket money wasted.

My food was excellent, as expected. But I was very disappointed by the service, especially for a white table cloth steakhouse. After sitting in my booth for almost 10 minutes, I was offered water by Austin. But he couldn't take a drink order. A few minutes later, my waiter Andrew arrived. I ordered a martini that took another 10-15 minutes to prepare because the restaurant had to restock Belvedere. By this time, my salad had arrived. My waiter explained the problem, but made no accommodation other than to apologize. My salad is cleared and another 10 minutes passes before my steak and side appear. It was cooked precisely as requested. What surprised me was that Andrew never stopped by to check if the steak was cooked the way I wanted it. I had finished both my water and drink and wanted a second. No one to take my order. Finally Andrew appeared and by then I wanted to leave. I asked him what happened to him. He said he got busy with other tables. I explained the water situation. He promptly got a refill. Then when he brought my check, I told him I really wanted a another martini, but he was no where to be found. He apologized and offered to get me one on the house, because he didn't want me leaving with a bad impression. As much as I appreciated his mea culpa, I wasn't interested in a drink then. I gave him an 18% tip, even with what happened. What's more disappointing is I never saw a manager walking the room that would have noticed these things. And when I departed, the host wished me a good evening, but again, missed the opportunity to ask how my meal was. That resulted in me writing this review. I hope the restaurant reaches out to me and offers to make things better on my next visit.

Sat for 15-20 before being waited on when place wasn’t busy. Once waited on waiter was great. Place slow getting out cocktails. The Seafood tower snacks were still frozen. Steak was great. Salmon not so much.
