    All my experiences going to this earls location has been PHENOMENAL! The staff were all extremely nice, not only but the cleanliness of this specific restaurant is impeccable. The food not only came extremely fast, but well plated and tasted AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, till the moment we left we were always taken care of and made sure our experience was top tier. Our server Tazi was exceptional, always checking in and making sure we were okay, and had a great time. I for one will always recommend this location.

    We had lunch at Earls yesterday with our family of four, and unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Shortly after we were seated—less than five minutes—a server came by to ask if we were ready to order. We told her we needed more time to look at the menu, and she said she would come back later. However, no one returned for over 15 minutes. Eventually, we had to raise our hand to get someone’s attention, and it wasn’t until 2:05 PM that we were finally able to place our order—even though we had been seated since 1:35 PM. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy at the time, and we could see several servers walking around, but none of them seemed to notice or approach our table. The same thing happened when we wanted to pay the bill—we had to wait again and signal for help before anyone came over. With this level of service, paying a 22% tip felt completely undeserved. It was frustrating to feel so overlooked in a restaurant that wasn’t even full.

    We are regulars at this Earls. We brought another family with us for an impromptu late evening bday dinner celebrating our friend’s bday. We collectively had 3 teens and decided to sit in the dining room. The service and food were great. Our kids danced at the same dance studio as our server when our server was in high school while our kids were toddlers. Our server treated us exceptionally well and was attentive to our needs and requests.

    Everything was great! My only criticism was the music was really loud and it was hard to have a conversation at our table over the music.

    We celebrated a birthday and the manager (isiah) with his service staff catered to our wishes 100% with fine touches including a personalized birthday card, split our main exactly as we asked and even provided a small birthday treat with one candle as requested. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 15!
