   I googled somewhere near where we were staying. The reviews for here were good and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful venue and food, and attentive staff. Will drive out of our way to come back here.

   Went for the Burger and a Pint deal. Best burger I’ve ever had - amazing value for money and the service was excellent. Highly recommend and will be returning!

   Fantastic lunch with bubbles. The new lunch menu is superb. Lovely welcome and we were given time to peruse the menu . Meals arrived promptly and were both delicious then we had a short break before choosing desserts. My new favourite rhubarb sorbet …. Although the carrot cake was a delight too. No need to venture further afield than your local award winning restaurant. Huge thanks to our waitress for looking after us so well. (Didn’t get your name but had just returned from Sicily) . What an ambassador for the Millstone. Thanks again.

   Excellent service from Eve today. Lovely food as always. We always enjoy the Millstone - good foods and lovely atmosphere. Staff couldn’t be more welcoming l. We would highly recommend

   Once again we had the most wonderful evening at The Millstone . The food was outstanding., delicious starters of Mackerel pate, ham hock terrine , crispy duck salad and garlic foccacia . Followed by sea bream , chicken breast and a chicken burger all again delicious . We had room for dessert and again these were well presented and delicious . So in short 3 courses all delicious !!! 😋. A lovely waiter very polite , very attentive . We had a really.lively evening be back soon .

    Couldn’t fault our meal it was delicious. Service was excellent. The only downside to our visit was the noise level. We were in the conservatory and it was pretty full. The hard floors were no buffer for the many voices. Perhaps we will choose a quieter time for our next visit.
