The Bistro's menu has been masterfully created with a focus on small plates allowing our guests to indulge in a unique sharing experience with a melody of local and foraged flavours.

Executive Chef Evan Robertson and our Bistro team invite our guests to sit back, slow down and savour. I had guests from Kenya, they loved everything about the restaurant-the food, the amazing view and the waitress was amazing.

We preceded our meal in the Bistro with a wine tasting which was very informative and enjoyable. The meal in the Bistro was excellently prepared and presented. We both enjoyed the food the view from the upper terrace and the atmosphere. The service was attentive without being persistent.

Beautiful dinner and atmosphere. Great view of the lake. Sunset was a lovely time to go. Food was creative, delicious and gorgeously presented. The colours, flavours and combinations were outstanding. One of the best restaurants in the area! Will visit again!

My Sister and I had a delightful and delicious lunch at Hillside. The server was friendly and helpful. We had the summer salad, the perogy and the scallops with pork belly. Everything was delicious and the scallops were the best I’ve ever had.

The food and service were excellent, my partner was impressed enough with the wines that we bought a bottle of each of the four that accompanied our meal. The location has a beautiful view of the lake. We intend to return some time.

Attentive service and the food quality was very good. However, the wine was severely overpriced and so was the cheese and meat platter to share. We had to order a side of bread ( focaccia and sourdough) to complement the relatively small portions on the platter. Overall, it was a good experience but overpriced.

Visited as a wine club member and was treated like gold. Started with a wine tasting and then moved upstairs for our outdoor dining experience. We ordered multiple dishes and dined family style. Our server Sarah knew exactly how much food was needed and paired our wines to perfection. Celebrated an anniversary from our daughter’s wedding held there 8 years earlier. It was like coming home.

The staff was pleasant and attentive. The food was amazing! So delicious! The roof top gave great views. We loved the rose! The salted caramel bon bins were also delicious!
