La experiencia gastronómica que ofrece Copacabana comienza con un viaje en su "Galleria", la cual cuenta con una panadería abierta donde se ofrece pan recién horneado y dips y una selección de quesos y embutidos cortados a mano al momento. El restaurante también ofrece ensaladas frescas y entradas llenas de color. En el salón comedor se ofrece una amplia variedad de cortes de carne de res angus certificada (CAB) asados a la parrilla en distintas formas y servidas a la mesa por gauchos o cortadores del establecimiento. La carne casi siempre viene ofrecida a término medio crudo, pero los comensales pueden especificar al cortador sus preferencias y el restaurante se encargará de satisfacerlos. Mientras los gauchos cortan perfectamente los filetes de carne en los platos de los comensales, éstos pueden observar cómo lo hacen, así como utilizar las pinzas que le vienen otorgadas para tomar cada pedacito colocado en el plato y disfrutarlo, las veces que lo desee.

                                                                                                                                  It’s great visiting the Copa again. The one in Niagara has a great ambience. The food are ok incredible, every single side dish is a hit in our table! There are some side dishes that are out of stock. The meat are nice and juicy, it’s just hard to track if we have tried it before or not, but it’s maybe on me, I can’t tell meat apart from their appearance. The service is phenomenal, everybody is nice is friendly. They are very attentive. They are very good in reminding us that the tip is already included in the tip, side note I was a victim of double tipping before from totally different restaurant - I am still upset about that. Washrooms may I add are very private and pristine. Is everything worth 70$ per person (came in Monday), not so convinced yet, but that’s me, not use to splurging on food so overall I am still giving this restaurant a 5 stars.

                                                                                                                                  Restaurant wasn’t air conditioned. I had only been in the winter and didn’t realize that it’s totally open at the front on the patio. We had the unfortunate experience to dine on a a day with a heat warning - it was so hot in the restaurant that both of us were literally sweating through our clothes - to the point it was uncomfortable. The wait staff wasn’t great either - we had to ask for our water to be refilled and they brought us warm water. We were passed by for certain items (eg the pineapple) with the promise to return, but they never did in the 90 minutes we were there. Also had to ask for our bill twice, and then they brought out another tables bill instead of ours. Food was ok, but with the terrible service and the heat we would not return.

We found our server was unfortunately not trained to take on a large group. Drinks took 40 mins. Some of us didn’t get to cheers because they were missed. Felt rushed with the food and no drinks. Bills took way too long when asking. We asked for a bottle of wine and never showed up. The dancers were amazing. Great job on the entertainment.

                                                                                                                                  They missed a few things that we ordered for sides, our salsa/ pico came after we had ate, And our before diner drinks came way after our wine was poured .defeats the point!! The carvers were good, not very many choices of cuts of meat for a Tuesday, we are frequently there for diner, a bit disappointed today

                                                                                                                                  Très proche des chutes. Très bon accueil. Musique trop forte à mon gout. La nourriture très bonne, par contre lorsqu'il commençait à y avoir plus de monde le service pour les viandes commençait aussi à être lent, néanmoins les serveurs étaient très sympathiques. La commande des accompagnements se passait bien et le temps d'attente était convenable.

                                                                                                                                  Had not been to this Copa Cabana in many years and their demographic has changed dramatically. It is very loud and young - we could not have a conversation at our table - had no idea what the staff was offering us. Prices , like a lot of places, have skyrocketed. The staff was absolutely lovely and engaging.

                                                                                                                                  Hi - time to get the food take long time , we waited for juice delivery long time in addition for the bill - they also count no or guest there instead of 2 . I am not sure if this is increase the total bill or not - you need to go for immediate improvement - thanks

Make sure to sit by the kitchen to get food otherwise you will not get any since they run out. Our table was the farthest from the kitchen. Our waitress was good at first, then forgot about us. Will not be back! Other Brazilian steakhouses are better for meal service.
