Our ribs were fantastic. the salad was fresh and crispy. the shrimp dejongue was loaded with butter so next time have to say very little butter. Shrimps were delicious.

We came to the restaurant with another couple for BBQ chicken and was told they were out of white meat by 6:00PM. Not acceptable

Dear Michael, We're sorry we ran out of BBQ white meat chicken and understand that must’ve been frustrating since you were looking forward to it. 4th of July weekend was record-breaking in BBQ sales. While we're grateful for incredible turnout, it can make things tricky since we smoke fresh daily. With limited deliveries over a holiday, we do our best to estimate supply. Sometimes demand outpaces planning. Our menu notes “served fresh daily until we run out”. When it happens, we try to offer great alternatives. In this case, BBQ grilled breasts or Greek chicken on its own or dipped in BBQ sauce are available. We truly hope you enjoyed the bbq ribs and salmon which are fan favorites. Thanks for understanding. We hope to welcome you next time for the full BBQ experience you hoped for!

I don’t eat ribs anywhere else but Carsons and they as delicious now as they were in 1977. The double baked potato is excellent as well. Guadalupe is a terrific server.
