   Kirsten was the perfect server. She was attentive and pleasant, and she helped us to celebrate our wedding anniversary so beautifully.

   We were arriving after driving from a graduation and took an available 8:30 reservation. When we sat down our waiter (the only saving grace of the night) apologetically said we’ll need to get our order in because the kitchen was closing. We rushed to order, were served and while eating the house lights came on and the vacuums started. Literally they were vacuuming under our chairs whilst we were eating. We quickly finished paid our check and left! The most unprofessional and rude treatment of patrons I’ve ever experienced. If this was directed by a manager, they have no business being in the hospitality business. If you can’t fully accommodate an 8:30 reservation, don’t take it! As I mentioned, our waiter was very good. Powerless, apologetic and I’m sure embarrassed but he tried his best to do his job. Never again Houlihan’s!

   We went to Hulihan’s this evening for Mothers Day dinner. The restaurant did not seem overly busy. We were seated promptly, then waited quite a while for a server to show up. She took our drink and and appetizer order. My wife asked for ice tea with lemon and sugar. The drinks arrived but no sugar. We reminded her to bring sugar. We got a container containing packets of various types of artificial sweeteners, but no sugar. A different server showed up with the appetizer, so we asked her for some sugar packets and she got us some. My food and my son’s was good. My wife ordered a chop salad with ranch dressing and soup for her dinner. Soup was just warm, not hot. The ranch dressing was unusually salty and when combined with the bacon and cheese on the salad resulted in an overly salty outcome. I am happy to say that the mushroom appetizer was as very good.

   Our food was delicious!! It was the second time I ordered their salmon dinner, and it was delicious both times.. My husband and I were well pleased with our meals, and we will definitely be return customers again...

   When one of our dishes were placed on the table a sauce was split, the woman placing the dish cleaned up the sauce but you could tell she did not want to be at work, didn’t apologize just quickly half way cleaned the sauce up and left.

   This is the first time we have eaten at Hollihan's in Hershey, but not the last. The food was outstanding, our waitress was very attentive without being over intrusive.

   We just came in in a whirlwind to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from HACC, we were so hungry we inhaled our food. It was so good.

   I had a great meal with my friend this week. The food was great and the service was fantastic. There are a lot of things that are staples on the menu that I really like, for example the baked potato soup and the tuna wontons. I can never get enough of that wasbi mayo.

    Placed in the far left wing with a table of 10 loud, shrill ladies. Unable to have a reasonable conversation at our table. Asked to move. Advised no other tables available due to reservations. Tables empty and still empty after we finished our meal and were leaving. Very disappointed
