   We read about this online. I was very impressed with the quality of the food. We had the venison meat special. Oh my God full of flavors. Little hints of mint. Also had the braised ribs. Very delicious cooked perfectly tons of great flavor. Hats off to the chef. Service was impeccable.

   The cost of the meal on the theatre menu of $65/pp was not worth the cost. The She Crab Soup was too spicy and came out cold/room temperature. They ran out of the ravioli and took longer for chicken- and hazelnut cake was blah. Had to wait on bill and took forever Charging an automatic 20% for menu and number of people on bill.

   The food and service were great. I was not pleased with the unannounced "theater menu" that was expensive with very few options. I would go back, but not on the night of a Fox show, I want to be able to enjoy the full menu. Our server was simply outstanding, however.

   We had a lovely dinner and experience at the special Livingston! Our server, Ehern, was especially accommodating and helpful….arranging for a menu item not mentioned and suggesting drinks. We were seated in an alcove directly across from the Fox so the whole evening was delightful! The lemon meringue tart was beyond yummy and decadent indeed!

   Since it was a theatre night the menu was limited to three choices of appetizers, entree and dessert. All three that I had were excellent! She crab soup, the most tender ribs with vegetables and sorbet. Perfection. Great service too. Made it to the Fox with time to spare!

   We have dined here many times before a performance at The Fox in the past but it has been a few years. They have changed menu to a pre set $65 per person offering and the food was not good. We sat at 5:45 , had to ask for our main course (note it was 6:50) and then asked for our bill and never served the final plate (desert) in order to make the show. Bill came with no deduction, which they did finally adjust down a little. Bar appears to offer more food options etc. if you go before a show eat in the bar.

   We were going to the Fox Theater for an event at 7:30 so made a reservation at Livingston for 5:30. The service was very slow. We did not leave the restaurant until 7:20! We were very disappointed especially since we had to pay$50.00 to park in the parking lot! The food was okay, but not worth the $65.00 theater menu with no other options plus tax and 20% gratuity. One member of my party ordered a glass of champagne and was told they were out and it wasn’t even 6 o’clock! It was not a pleasant experience.

    Livingston was an enjoyable dining experience. The location across from Fox Theatre makes Livingston a great spot before going to a show. The menu is limited on show days, but there were three good options for each course.

    Theater Menu very disappointed. Should have menu advertised online available for purchase. Made reservation and no mention of a Theater menu. Food preparation was substandard. Service was slow Overpriced for a limited menu selections.

    It was our 4 year anniversary. We were married at the Georgian Terrace and our reception was held at The Livingston. They sat us in the perfect “Anniversary” seat with a view of the Fox Theater as well as the restaurant. Our server Kelly was sweet, kind, and very helpful. Food was delicious! We had a very perfect Anniversary dinner at the Livingstone. Thank you!

    We went for our anniversary and prior to attending a show at the Fox theater. I wish I’d have known that there would be a limited Prie Fix menu but it turned out fine. I had the she-crab soup to start which was yummy. My husband had the short ribs which he loved. I had a special addition to the menu: grilled lobster tail with white truffle risotto. It was great. We wish there was a green salad option or more veggies. The lemon tarts was delicious. Overall, the reviews we read were really mixed but I’d seen that there was a new menu and chef due to the re-opening last month. I’m glad we took a risk and tried it.

    The dinner was very expensive and the restaurant did not have proper red wine glasses for the nice bottle we chose. They did not have any black napkins when we asked for them, we were hungry by the time we got home…

    Made a 6:15 reservation for an 8pm Show at the Fox Theatre. Upon arrival was advised of a prix-fixe menu. $125/person. No choice really other than the bar menu which was ok but not what we were planning. Prix-fixe was good. Oshe was our server. He made the evening!! First course was prompt. Entree took about 45 mins. Somehow people ordering from the bar menu got Priority. Had to ask for entree and dessert to be sped up. Great location for the Fox. historic architecture. Other than Oshe, struggle to give more than a 3 out of 5 stars.

    My mom wanted to dine here for her birthday. This place banks on its location for reservations. It's beautiful, historical, and in a prime location. Everything else doesn't come close to Atlanta's food scene standards. I had to give my credit card info to hold a reservation, and that makes me laugh now because I was expecting something special. We went on a Saturday, right before noon. It was a breakfast menu, which was disappointing. The breakfast burrito was bland. They used a brown avocado, and the home fries tasted like they were frozen before. The bar wasn't open, so it took 45 min. to get a mimosa. The website said complimentary valet, but no one could validate my ticket and said I would have to pay for valet. I showed them the website and told them I'm not paying. It really was a very disappointing experience in such a beautiful place. If they would raise the bar in food and service just a little, then their reviews would be better.

    Gorgeous and right across from the Fox Theatre, but we had a tough experience the night of a show. We didn’t get acknowledgment from a server for almost 15 minutes after asking for service, so we ate elsewhere.

    Third time going before a Fox theater show. Each time there has been something… today: - we had reservations but still had to sit in the bar area - 2 of us ordered the smoked salmon bagel. 15 to 20 minutes later they came back and told us they were out of salmon. - We arrived 1.5 hours before the show and we’re rushed as the food finally came 45 minutes before the show started. While staff is nice, and you can’t beat the proximity to the Fox, it isn’t worth it.

    Each of the group of 6 six had researched the brunch menu that was listed on the Website. We were disappointed that a brunch menu was no longer available The staff was unaware of a brunch menu being on the website. Also, the kitchen ran out of salmon which was the preferred breakfast for one of us. The service was great and the food we ordered was good, but I would not say is was anything above the ordinary.

    This used to be our go to place for our Fox season tickets - which we’ve had for more than 20 years! Unfortunately we were quite disappointed. Menu was limited. The food was basic. The bill was incorrect. I miss the old Livingstons!

    Waited over an hour for our food and only got it by talking to the manager who was chatting to a customer at an adjoining table. One meal of four was comped and server deleted compulsory 20% tip. Water glasses were not refilled and neither was coffee. We won’t return.

    Brunch with Santa event was canceled but we were never notified. We showed up and had to order off a menu, no buffet as advertised. Service was painfully slow and I had two under 5 years old with me, who were hungry. I had to physically get up and track down our server 5 or 6 times to get service. The event was advertised to include parking, which wasn’t true. I ended paying $30 for valet parking. The server helped himself to a 25% gratuity without asking me. I would not have given him that as I had to keep getting out of my seat to go find him. We won’t dine here again. That is an understatement.

    We made a reservation on Open Table and we were seated immediately. At that point the restaurant had maybe 4 tables seated. Clearly, the restaurant was understaffed. We had to wait far too long for our drinks. One diner with us didn’t get her Bloody Mary until the food came. Apparently, the bartender wasn’t there yet. I really wish I could’ve rated our experience higher. I put a $95 deposit down (hold) for this reservation. I know this is in the event we were a no-show. Still excessive, I think. I also do not like when 20% gratuities are automatically added. It reflects in the level of service. We never give less than 20% in tips but would like to feel as though the staff was working for it.

    We made reservations for 4 and were incredibly disappointed. It was for breakfast. I rarely leave any kind of negative review but I have to to keep others from going! The service was awful. My husband eat out (at nice places about 3-5 times per week) so service is so important! The restaurant was packed and there were only 2 servers! That’s CRAZY! They should Not be taking so many reservations. We barely made it to the Fox on time for our show, we had to ask 5 times for everything (drink refills, cream for Coffee, a fork, the check. We were so stressed by the time we paid and ran out. Don’t bother!

    The Thanksgiving dinner was a horrible experience. The food was old and cold, the dessert table was picked over and empty. The reservations were made because Open Table stated this was to be an experience to remember... boy, was it! $300.00 for poor quality buffet food and a cheap bottle of wine. The only highlight was the kind server who was ready to end her day.

    Thanksgiving dinner was the worst ever for such a high-end Venu. I brought my family there thinking we were going to enjoy the same excellent service and food that we enjoyed before Covid. I was embarrassed and disappointed at what I saw and experienced. If this is how the service and food is going to be Shame on Livingston! The ham and turkey looks like it can from cans. The different stations were not keep cleaned, and maybe two bowls of salad. The holiday decorations were cheap and placed very poorly. I was totally horrified.

    Staff was very friendly. Food was traditional Thanksgiving fare and tasted excellent. The live band was a nice touch but, unfortunately, wrapped up before dinner ended. Downside was that it was a bit pricey for one meal.

    Location, location, location This is right across the street from the Fox theater. It makes having a fight and catch up with friends before the theater easy. They are short staffed so a reservation is a must. Plan time to be patient as all the staff is very nice but they’re a bit short staffed. We had the breakfast sandwich and lox and bagel and they were good. Our coffee and tea were prompt and hot.

    Don’t confuse the current Livingston Restaurant an Bar at the Georgian Terrace Hotel with the Livingston Restaurant of old, which has inexplicably not reopened after the pandemic. It is surprising that a major hotel does not have a quality restaurant. The current Restaurant and Bar is really only a bar with a few tables. No reservations are taken. On the night of October 11, 2022, only one server covered all of the tables, the only food available was hamburgers and cheese plates. Wait times for service of food and beverages was excessive.

    We walked in and they were not prepared for our reservation. Took 10 mins to sit they tried to shut and lock doors so others would not come into restaurant. Took 45 minutes to get a beverage. Many tables had not been cleaned. They were very understaffed. Waiter was nice and friendly though, but just overwhelmed
