Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Had the most wonderful experience at capital Grille took my husband for Father’s Day. We were treated like royalty the martini was as perfect as you can ever expect. The food was outstanding. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go. Yes, it’s pricy but I spend a lot in an average priced restaurant and so not have nearly the quality of service, quality of food and the atmosphere.

    As always, this particular location always goes above and beyond. The food was absolutely spectacular. Kudos to Lauren and Josue for their excellent service. AND THE SALAD SUGGESTION WAS ON POINT!

    Josh was outstanding as always. The food was good but the Ceasar salad was wilted and not as fresh as it should be. Filet was delicious and so was tuna.
