Food was much better other times we have been there must have just sat under heat lamp too long. Service disorganized. Multiple orders wrong and given some customers given the wrong check. Understaffed likely but managed better before.

This was an absolutely great experience. The food was delicious, the service impeccable and the ambiance was so fun. Most importantly though they were super cautious when it comes to my niece’s allergies. They took it INCREDIBLY seriously. You could tell everyone was aware and careful and it made all the difference in the world. We are coming back. Likely tomorrow.

Dined here for dinner and half way through our meal the fire alarm went off with no explanation. Staff did not offer a time update as to when it would stop and only checked on table once. We asked to be moved outside and were told no due to rain (not raining) while others could move. We took our check, leaving food behind, and left as noise was unbearable.

From the time we came in we were told we had to wait a few mins to get seated, that was fine with us! Once seated we were never giving utensils napkins and we had to flag down the waiter because everyone kept in passing by us! The food was mediocre and the drinks were just OK! First time and definitely my last time coming to this place!

Been to the other locations and liked them so we decided to try this one. Unfortunately we sat there for a half hour before having anyone come over. Waitress never did tell us her name. Food was ok but the whole place was just off. Probably has something to do with the worker shortage so maybe they get a pass. Won’t go back to this location though.

Honestly the rudest server who kept on forgetting our order. We had to ask multiple times and he FORGOT about the BEANS ALLERGY he said he noted, so my bf almost died. Thankfully he checked first! Also there was paper in our drink. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We went to the Meatpacking location for dinner last night. The quality of the food was good and the environment was very pleasant. The best part of the meal was the service. We had an outstanding young Lady who made all the difference in the world. The food was overpriced but of good quality.

The food was tasteless. The medium spice guacamole was basically a mashed avocado. The kids Mac n cheese was over cooked mush. The server did not have a clue what she was doing . The attitude was just unnecessary.

I just got a margarita and guacamole, and those were great! But a friend got the fish tacos and had to send them back because they were so bad. It was also extremely slow and inattentive service. However, the marg and guac were so good that I will still come back- I just will stick to those items and branch out to other parts of the menu with caution.

I went once with some co-workers and loved it so I took my daughter for an early dinner, it was just as good as the first time I went. Just really great food, great service and a nice atmosphere.
