We had a great dinner! The food was very good and the service was superb. My wife and I shared a ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, and the rest of the staff, were on top of everything. It good not have been a better birthday dinner for my wife.

Took my son out to see there are other good restaurants besides the precinct. Had raw and grilled oysters. The raw were good. Over dressed ceaser salad with soggy croutons. Bad lobster bisk with lots of lobster. 16oz strip was fantastic and a perfect medium rare. 8pm reservation, check dropped before I finished my $60 steak, pushed out the door.

The place was about 3/4 full , but the service was terrible. He waited 30 mins to get a drink and 1 hr and 15 mins to get our salad The food was good as expected but what a pain getting it. Won’t be back

Long time lover of morton's, but this was not a great experience at the Cincinnati one. Only about 7 tables were being used, service was very slow. The best 'server' was the bus boy who actually checked in on us and asked about our food allergies. Literally asked the maiter d to get a cocktail cause the server was no where to be found and it took 15 minutes to get a Woodford on the rocks.

They did. It acknowledge the fact that it was my birthday even though it was stated on the reservation. Also the Oscar style add to the filet was unimpressive. The hollandaise sauce was runny and the crab meat tasted like it was out of a can. Other than that, everything was great.

Morton’s is not what it used to be. Food quality has suffered. Someone in the business told me the chain downtraded after being purchased by Landrys. I could see this. This restaurant is not on par with competing “premium” steak houses. However it’s priced similarly to a Ruth Chris or Ruby’s. My wagyu was poor. It was honestly like a pot roast. Doubt I will return.

I really enjoyed the Prime Rib special that they were offering for Fathers Day. Best prime rib I have had in a long time. All of the food and the service was excellent. Morton’s Cincinnati never fails to provide an excellent dining experience.

The dinner started out a little poor since Morton’s no longer had valet service which forced us to drive around a long block to find a parking garage and then walk through a Hilton Hotel with numerous shopping stores inside to walk past in order to get to the other side of the hotel and walk outside to get to Morton’s front door (exiting restaurant was the same to get to our car). The ambience was nice as expected being our fourth time there at the Cincinnati location but super quiet since we had the dining room almost entirely to ourselves. Our waitress was a bit slow and seemed preoccupied each time she approached the table but was always very polite throughout the meal. The menus had plastic over them with stains from being wiped down repeatedly with sanitizer so at least they were clean but not pretty to look at yesterday. The crab cakes and wagyu beef meatballs were awesome and filling so that we didn’t have room for ordering entrees but did order a piece of key lime pie to go. Overall, just being able to look over the table at my beautiful wife laughing made the night perfect.

No valet so had to park in Fountain Square garage. My pregnant wife and I were harassed by the lovely citizens of downtown Cincinnati while walking from the garage to the restaurant. Once seated, we waited 17 minutes for a server. There were only two other tables seated at the time (it was a Monday at 6pm). The server literally just walked circles around us without even saying hi. I went to the bar to get my wife and I some waters. Spoke to the manager about the service which was handled professionally. We finally were able to order drinks and food. Food was AMAZING but when paying this amount of money for dinner in this area, there are better options. We look for a fun experience when going out and not just food quality. Unfortunately we will not be returning.

Brought my parents here for my moms birthday. It was their first experience at a steak restaurant, and we wanted to show them the best. It didn’t disappoint. The server- i cant remember his name- was extremely attentive and very polite to my dad. The food was outstanding.

Very loud! Slow service. Took 30 min to get a drink & my Bloody Mary tasted like pure cucumber juice. Almost unable to drink. Bread was dry & crumby. Definitely different than what we used to get. As always, the steak was perfection. Loved the mashed potatoes & chopped salad.

Amazing atmosphere! The staff customized our menus with the names of our birthday girls that made them feel very special. The food was phenomenal as were the desserts. Just a lovely, upscale and enjoyable experience.

It’s Mothers Day. Of course they are busy. Our reservation was at 630 we got seated at 730, we arrived at 6:25. The hostess was very nice and was doing her best to help everyone. She told us that they were running 30 minutes behind and we could go to the bar and wait. The bar was not being cleaned as people left to their seats. Dirty glasses sat in front of us for the entire hour we waited for our table. Dave our waiter did everything he could to try to make the experience a good one. We enjoyed him. The place was understaffed and over booked. I never saw a manger go to any table or help the hostess up front. The food was good and Dave did a nice job waiting on us. We will not be back. The restrooms were also out of order!! We had to walk to the hotel attached to Morton’s to use the restroom. I really felt like this was a poorly managed restaurant.

We had reservations for 6p didn't get seated until 8p. The restrooms were out of order had to go to the hotel across the walkway. The specialty drink for Mothers Day was not a hit. All of our food didn't come out together. I didnt enjoy my food. My first experience was not good and I have only heard great things about this place. Our food was comped but I don't think that was enough to erase the experience.
